Lovely area if you don't want to go down to the keys.
Views over the water to Miami/keybiscay from parking lot offers wonderful photo opportunity.
The man-made enclosed water is safe for nonswimmers surrounded by picnic tables and benches of which there should be more.
People exercise round the enclosed water excellent people watching.
There is a high end restaurant spoiling the natural bird sounds and murmured voices with music.That is my ONLY complaint .The restaurant allowed to blast their music weather you like it or not.
