I ordered food to go from Red Lobster in the Falls area. The food was good but the cashier at the to go area never had on a mask or gloves. Which is concerning to me during these times of pandemic. And if I am required to wear one why isn't he? I completely understand that we are required to wear a mask to protect essential workers. but at the same time if you are handling my food and I am a customer I expect the same respect and concern for my safety.

Celebrating my 60th birthday during the pandemic. This was supposed to be the highlight of my shut in birthday. Bought $80 worth of food. Crab Alfred had no sauce, dry as heck. Food was not appetizing and it was not the regular size amount. Two people working in the restaurant, I should have left when I heard that comment. I have eaten at this location about 3-4 times. It's the lowest quality restaurant in the chain that I've been to in 20 years. Won't be back!!! Thanks for ruining my birthday meal

Great service . Great for meetings and excellent food and service . The manager Daniel Castaneda excellent and his staff. REAL IMPORTANT THE BARTENDER KNOWS HOW TO DO A REAL LONG ISLAND ICE TEA FOLKS!! REALLY!!

It was Valentine's Day, so of course we expected a little delays. Honestly, the manager was really apologetic. The food was amazing though & that is why I would go back here again.

Waited for a while to be seated, then Manager brings biscuits, never comes back, after another while the guy whom sat us comes to get our drink order then never came back so we left.

I really love the food at Red Lobster but had to stop dining here because it is filthy. We'd look past the grimy restrooms, filth-encrusted windowsills, nasty glass windows, unvacuumed carpets, etc. until we saw a huge cockroach the last time we were there a few months ago. That was the last straw. I dined here for lunch a few days ago when others chose this restaurant. I hoped it had improved. It was only worse. The carpet had debris in the corners, the entrance doors were grimy, the back of my chair had a piece of gum, etc. On a positive note, service is usually good here.

The food was good. The waitress was superb. Having said that I waited over 5 minutes at the reception area with no one there... No customers and no employees. Finally an employee came in the front door to clock in and saw I was standing there by myself and he showed me to a table. What's up with that? 3pm on a Tuesday... Not a busy traffic time but someone should say hello within the first almost 10 minutes when you walk in the door.

had some gift cards left from the holidays took my dad and brother here..ordered my dad the alfredo shrimp which also ome with scampi and some friend shrimp...the shrimp in the alfredo they served him was like the size of my thumb nail...........i ordered the admirals feast the pieces of fish that came with the meal were like 2 fingers wide....for the prices they charge this place is a complete ripp off...i know a few hole in the wall places that put this lace to shame i wont be back..

Awesome dining experience. The food came fast and it was delicious. The server George was funny and attentive. The manager Tegra was awesome and helpful as well. All round great night out with the family. Highly recommended. Thanks Red Lobster.
