Red Lobster

From a dirty diaper in the parking lot, the homeless guy sitting at the bench at the front door to them not having any of the beers on the menu to the dirty glasses they served us made us leave a tip and walked out before we even ordered anything. It was my first, and last time that I will ever go near a Red Lobster

I normally stick to the shrimp. I decided to try the seafood boil . That was a big mistake. If they used the same seasoning they put on the scampi it would've been good. But the just poured some minced garlic and melted butter. The crabs didn't taste fresh and they were out of bags so the put in a plate. I didn't get what I paid for. What a disappointment for my birthday. If I go back I will definitely stick with my shrimp scampi.

Overall good experience. Good service, good food, and the restrooms were clean. Will return again.

A safety.... if you like shellfish and want to spend the right this chain is for you. The place is welcoming, the staff courteous and helpful, attend to customer problems (allergies). The menu allows a wide choice, with several "combo" dishes that allow a more complete tasting. Good value for money. Suitable for families and also for large groups

Excellent food at a very affordable price. The good thing about the place is that it is very large and there are always tables available. You don't wait until you are served and the waiters are always very attentive, in addition to having everything in order and always clean.

Kid-friendliness: There are very comfortable tables for children's chairs.

This place went down drastically. The customer service is horrible. The waiters take forever to bring the food nobody’s in the front to greet the customers you will be waiting about 30 minutes to get seated to a table and it be nobody there so I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to be seated. They have no respect for people, the coworkers play around with each other in front of the customers, and I just think that is very inappropriate and the manager that works there don’t do nothing about it, the girl with glasses and curly black hair. She has the worst attitude she was kissing and hugging and touching all over her girlfriend in front of us, I’m just very, disappointed, and the food taste very old most definitely will not be returning to this red lobster

My wife & I visited this wonderful Red Lobster location last night 09/27/2024. Nothing new to add always had exceptional quality food & service. We sat in the bar area in a booth, waitress was knowledgeable, courteous & great attitude. Only one surprise at the end didn't realize the traditional margarita was $15.00. Not sure if its normal, but wow didn't expect that. Keep up the great work!!! Blessings Always!!
