Horrible. A relative called the restaurant to make an order to pickup food and the lady who answered, already giving attitude, forgot to hang up. She spoke bad about my relative. To some other coworker. She called and spoke badly about him for no reason. It’s been a few occasions now, my relative has not received the proper amount of change. We were super polite, and said thank you. Horrible horrible experience, I come to this restaurant very often and this time it was the worst. That one lady always ruins it she is the worst part of the staff, it’s always the same lady.

I come here every once in a while and the food and shakes are very good. However, on several occasions, one of the staff has been pretty rude towards us and ruins the whole experience. I like the food but the service could be way better and it’s just not worth the hassle anymore.

We order online from here every other weekend when my parents or inlaws come
Over. The food is great and extremely affordable and cheap for what you get.

The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Parking lot is not so great it’s sometimes difficult to find parking with large vehicles.

Recently discovered this place despite living just a few blocks away. We were pleasantly surprised at the great food and reasonable prices. We have been here a few times now and every time has been a good experience.

Karen gave us an amazing service, was very welcoming and made sure we had a pleasant experience

Wasn't satisfied with my burger.
I asked for a burger cooked medium and what I ended up getting was a patty that was not only way past to well done but it was charred and was like rubber. The bun wasn't toasted and soggy.
The fries had no crisp, were floppy and unseasoned.

Waitress was very rude and ignored me while she was on the phone and never came to ask my what I needed

Delicious and healthy options! Love the Mora juice and buffalo chicken wrap, quesadilla, steak … overall great!

Such a great place! My family and I got different stuff and it all tasted good fresh and the guy at the front desk was very nice.

Amazing food, food was fresh. I come here all the time as I enjoy lots of food on their menu, so much variety. Always great service. Big thank you to Karen for being such a great waitress. Lots of entertainment while you eat as well.

Blue Grill and Smoothies was absolutely delicious. Great food, good prices serving sizes huge!!! 10/10 would recommend.
