My family and I were there today for a small gathering. First thing, when we arrived the place was relatively empty. My daughter went to the restroom and came out complaining about how filthy it was. There was an actual feminine pad on the floor. The food and drinks are just mediocre. I ordered a cheeseburger with mayo only and the burger itself was cooked well but very salty as well as were the fries. I also ordered the spinach cheese dip as an appetizer , it was ok but nothing to brag about. This was our first time here and our last. I definitely will not return and do not recommend this restaurant.

The burgers were a little bit over well done. That was a first for me as I've been visiting for a while now. Overall the food was pretty good.

Absolutely great customer service from our waitress and the fellow staff. The food was ok, but the waitress( I forgot her name but she has like tattoos on her arm and has curly hair) was soooo nice and awesome. She deserves a round of applause for delivering excellent customer service. On our way out, another guy named Tony was so nice as well he offered to bag my food for me. If I ever come back it won’t be just for the food, it would be for the exceptional customer service these guys have given me. ❤️ I appreciate you curly hair waitress with tattoos and Tony.

We eat at the place in the Falls about once a month. The food is always good, pricey for a hamburger joint but good. We have found Mark who usually works in the bar area and Alex are the BEST WAITERS, they go out of their way to get your order right and constantly check to see if you need anything, we always check to see if they are working. I have celiac disease and this is one of the few places I can get a gluten free burger and fries so that’s why we spend the extra money. As far as cleanliness, the bathrooms are the only place that need constant attention. I gave a four star rating because of the price. It usually runs about $35 -$40 for 2 burgers, fries, 2 soft drinks and 20% tip.

Had a great burger, the French Onion Burger, probably one of my favorites but unfortunately it was just for a limited time. The only thing that would've made the burger even better is if I would've thought to add sauteed mushrooms to it. Also has the garlic fries which were awful, like someone just dumped a giant spoonful of jarred minced garlic on my fries which left them kinda soggy.

Great tasting food, but horrible customer service! The attendant just came to take the order and bring the bill. I couldn't even get a refill on fries because she was so busy that didnt bother to check if we needed something else

Red Robin has been a long time favorite of mine. I wish there was one closer to Kendall but I still make the drive every so often with friends and it's always worth it. I tried the pickle chips this time and was not disappointed ?? their lettuce wraps are also the best I've had anywhere. Freckled lemonade is the bomb. Service is always great, friendly and quick!

Great food & great service. The Tuscan Salmon burger and onion rings were delicious and fresh. Our food came out super fast, which was great because we were short on time. Really enjoyed the Guiness Irish beer shake. Music was not loud and decor was stylish. We paid at the table thru the kiosk, which was super convenient.

Honestly worst experience ever. I asked for a fork. They never gave it. I asked for a plate . Never gave it. when the food came the server had no gloves and he sneezed in his hands, then he touched our food and said everything was good. Absolutely terrible. If i could give less then a 1 star i would!!?

For being a chain, they have good burgers and fries. I love the Blue Ribbon and bottomless fries. The burger was on point, as a couple of years ago, when I was here last time. No complaints! Sad to see they don’t have the same premium sauces as they used to. Bottomless fries were great! Fast and friendly staff. I don’t like they switched to plastic cups and kitchen towels to drive down the cost, but I get it — most of the chains recently are driving down the cost. All in all, I would come back again. Great for a burger chain!

I ordered from the bottomless menu. The fries were good and they were really bottomless. The rest of the menu seemed good as well. Looks like a step-up from what Johnny Rockets offers.

The burgers are kind of small for a place that specializes in burgers. They won't do medium rare. It's also expensive for the quality of product. The server was very good and food came at reasonable time. I'd go to a number of other places for this type of food.

Sadly the service and cleanliness has gone in this place. Tables dirty all throughout the reataurant and slow service. I loved going here but I will not be going back till they fix management.
