Absolutely great customer service from our waitress and the fellow staff. The food was ok, but the waitress( I forgot her name but she has like tattoos on her arm and has curly hair) was soooo nice and awesome. She deserves a round of applause for delivering excellent customer service. On our way out, another guy named Tony was so nice as well he offered to bag my food for me. If I ever come back it won’t be just for the food, it would be for the exceptional customer service...
We eat at the place in the Falls about once a month. The food is always good, pricey for a hamburger joint but good. We have found Mark who usually works in the bar area and Alex are the BEST WAITERS, they go out of their way to get your order right and constantly check to see if you need anything, we always check to see if they are working. I have celiac disease and this is one of the few places I can get a gluten free burger and fries so that’s why we spend the extra money....
Had a great burger, the French Onion Burger, probably one of my favorites but unfortunately it was just for a limited time. The only thing that would've made the burger even better is if I would've thought to add sauteed mushrooms to it. Also has the garlic fries which were awful, like someone just dumped a giant spoonful of jarred minced garlic on my fries which left them kinda soggy.
