We had a waitress Shawn that was a delight! She was so professional and informative about the menu. She is such an asset to this restaurant! This was our second time because the first time we did not get to try the fried chicken! We loved the food! Ceasar salad and yucca fries are a must! Loved the fried chicken!
We went for Miami Spice. Wonderful food and service. I appreciate supporting a business that cares about community. The owner/chef fed people in the neighborhood when he was supposed to open this location during COVID 2020.
Red Rooster is more than a restaurant. It’s an experience. From the soulful music to the decadent food to the atmosphere dripping with Black excellence, it feels like stepping into an oasis. The service matched the vibe, too. Our server, Shelbry, was knowledgeable, personable, and a total class act. I ordered the oxtails, my husband had the shrimp and grits, and every single bite proved the chefs put intention and care into their craft.
