I’m super pissed. My friends and I went out 12/20 to celebrate. I ordered drinks totaling about 130$ and both times they were being processed my card declined. I thought it was weird knowing I had it. The next day I see 2 pending charges from this establishment. I have called multiple times since then and no answer. Today being the 8th day trying to rectify and I can’t get a hold of anyone. Absolutely ridiculous I will never go back there again

Redbar Brickell is such a cool, laid-back spot with great vibes. The atmosphere is stylish but relaxed, with dim lighting, fun decor, and music that makes the whole place feel alive without being overwhelming. The drinks are creative, well-made, and reasonably priced for Brickell which is a major plus. The bartenders are friendly and fast, and the crowd is a nice mix of people just looking to enjoy a good time. Whether you’re grabbing cocktails with friends, pre-gaming before hitting another spot, or just hanging out for the night, Redbar is an easy favorite.

Went here for a bar crawl where they gave us bracelets with different bar names, red bar being one of them. Some bartender here (woman, don’t know the name) kept ripping off the wrong bar name off peoples event bands, including mine, and telling us it doesn’t matter which one is taken to then later have other bars deny us drinks because of careless staff behavior at redbar. To make matters worse, I attempted to correct this by talking to staff and one of them (tall man with arm tattoos) ignored me and walked away. Extremely terrible experience. I’d only recommend coming here if you want to be treated poorly.

I’ve been going to RedBar for over 16 years and never thought I’d say this, but I finally got ripped off by a bartender, no less. I was only there for an hour and ordered four bottled beers total (two for me, one for a friend, one for my girlfriend). Out of our group of four, I was the only one hit with a random $20 service charge.
To make it worse, one of the bathrooms was out of order and three bartenders were too busy trying to pry it open to serve customers. I was patient and respectful the whole time, but got taken advantage of anyway.
This was the first time I’ve ever been charged a “service charge” at RedBar and for what? Handing me bottled beer? It felt shady and predatory. The bartender responsible was a short, stocky guy. This experience left a really bad taste, and unfortunately, it’s enough to make me not want to go back.

Very good drinks, not too expensive and a nice atmosphere. Everybody is very friendly and kind, even the other customers. On Monday they have a stand up comedy act and that was very, very funny.
Great place. Use Spothero to reserve parking ahead of time because otherwise some parking lots at Brickell are insanely priced. I only paid 5.75 to be park on a Monday at 7pm up to midnight. That's 5 hours for only 5.75 but it was a 7 minute walk. Heh-heh.
Look on Meetup to find the stand-up comedy event Every Monday and they offer good package deal that includes 2 drinks as well. Very affordable and top notch comedians.
