I came to eat chicharrón today, 09/20, and they told me that they sell me the whole piece but not cut, "since they don't have a way to cut the fried chicharrón." Being a restaurant, don't they have knives? They preferred not to sell me rather than cut the pork rind into pieces. Previously I have come to eat in the afternoons and they sell it in pieces ready to eat on the premises. Unfortunately the service has declined as has the treatment.
