Just had some food at the kite festival and was not good at all, the bread was wet and soggy, the burger half cooked, the meat on the rib sandwich had no flavor and the fries overcooked. Also, tipped more than 25% and still had to ask for ketchup and napkins which was given with a face. I posted a review on their IG page and was deleted right away instead of apologizing and trying to make it better, so here it is, try deleting this one..,and also,,,step it up people, competition is tough now day.

BEST RIBS IN MIAMI!! Amazing service! Super friendly!
The food wasn't bad but the service was horrible. There were 4 of us and we ordered shareable appetizer. When I asked for extra plates, they refused, nor did they even give us an extra plate for our baby back rrib bones. I even asked for just an extra piece of wax paper for the bones but they said they could not give it to me. For what they are charging, the least they can do is offer us extra wax paper. Do NOT eat here unless you really want to rough it!

We stopped for dinner on a Saturday night while looking for something different to eat. This food truck is located by a auto zone and it seemed pretty empty when we went (only one couple eating) however we noticed the back to back delivery pickups so we decided to give it a try. The service was good while we’re re there as well.We tried the ribwich mini sliders which I really enjoyed, but I would have preferred if the cilantro sauce wasn’t fridge cold before putting on the meal.We also ordered the meaty trio which brings chicken, churrasco and ribs with tostones. All the meats had good flavor and the rib meat was tender. Might not be the best ribs I’ve had , but everything was solid.(If you are a ketchup person they do not have ketchup)The fried Oreos were good , but they were smothered with Nutella and I would have preferred it on the side.

When we say this on google we did not actually expect a food truck! We were very pleasantly surprised as all the food was so good, so flavorful. Leftovers the next day were also so good. We highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Also, food is cooked fresh to order and you will get friendly service with a smile - love that!

This place was delicious !A street food truck on the side of the road (so nothing fancy), I got the ribs and they were sooooo good!I am visiting from Europe and we were tired and hungry.The perfect place for somewhere quick and easy to eat. The staff were lovely too. I definitely recommend !
