Cross contamination of food and lowquality of vegetables used. Look I like this place and been going here often. That said, the workers who work the frontline bowls don’t care about health code and food cross contamination, they need to be better trained. Front line worker put back olives from this guys bowl into general bucket when he said he didn’t want. Separately they used to have good tomatoes and vegetables, I guess they are trying to squeeze the margin. Please address this and I will upgrade my review.

I gave this place a couple of chances since it’s convenient and is surprisingly highly rated. Both times they served me burnt koobideh that was harder than a rock. On the second attempted I emphasized to the cashier that they don’t burn my food, and when the food came out, the cook had cut off one side of the burnt part flipped the other burnt side to the bottom of the plate. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
I waited 1 hour and a half they were very short of stuff the restaurant is full and the issue a refund after 1 hour half wasting our time I will never recommend this restaurant for anyone, and the manager he have no access to do us the refund and the owner he's not even answering his phone so we were stuck for no reason

The food is really good, the RICE 20/10 🤩. It took a little to wait for the food but it was worth it.

I will never go back to this place. They change the prices and manipulate them. Recently, I wanted to order some food. They stipulated that I choose only two things. Before, there were three. The workers there are rude. I do not suggest it.

Rice Mediterranean is always my go to spot when I want something delicious, filling and healthy. The food is always fresh. And the sumac sauce is light yet flavorful. The portions are big so I always save half for later. My boyfriend tried it for the first time and although he’s a picky eater, he gave it a 10/10.

Dear Rice Kitchen Managers, I am writing to you with a formal complaint regarding the negative experience I recently had at your establishment. I have noticed a worrying pattern in the attention provided by your employees, both to customers who are in the establishment and to those who arrive to pick up orders.
On several occasions, I observed that employees ignored customers waiting at the counter. They are not greeted or offered proactive assistance. Despite being in the front line, workers seem to ignore people who are clearly waiting to be served, which is very frustrating and unprofessional.
I understand that there may be times of high demand, but courtesy and respect towards customers should not be lacking. A simple welcome or indication that the customer will be served shortly could considerably improve the experience.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that measures are taken to improve the service, as this negatively affects the perception of the restaurant.
