Rice Mediterranean Kitchen

This was one off my favorite neighborhood spots until today. The west customer service ever. I ordered two spicy chicken and rice meals, and then unfortunately got caught in a work call. It should be noted that I just ordered this same thing two other times this week. So I am considered a customer. Today I called the store and explained that I’d gotten stuck on a call at work and asked if they would please make two fresh plates? The gentleman on the phone went to ask the mgr; who replied “they can not remake them because It’s not Their problem”. He could have just said “company policy is…”, or ANYTHING else. But this was rude. Horrible customer service. Not befitting a restaurant here in Edgewater. I will not be back, nor will my associates here in the office as we are all in disbelief of the what has occurred.

I love the kabobs and the food in general, but that was not the only thing that is good, also the customer service. I had an issue while ordering, I ordered in Gables when I wanted in Edgewater.and a employee joshue helped me with it transferring my order to edgewater making me feel well attended and solving my issue. Also the place is great and comfortable to work from there, Love it!

super disappointed in the latest visit to rice. Barely gave protein and way less than usual portions, after coming here for a long time might need to find a new spot, inconsistency in portions and with them getting smaller each time, when charging close to $20 for a bowl, it should be consistent and a better experience. When asked if the tiny amount of protein was it, the staff was not great.

Nice place with a good food. Clean and fresh inside. The staff is attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Recommended for the visit and to spend time in warm atmosphere.
