3 stars although it’s really more like 2 because of the price but 3 stars are honest reviews *Prices bellow* I used to come here often since I was a kid, recently moved closer and decided to try it again. They didn’t have empanadas de carne. Prices were blacked out. Eventually got home to try everything and the quality was not worth the ridiculous price. No empandada should be 5 dollars, nor should a Malta cost damn near 4 dollar. I think they went through an unnecessary rebrand… just to charge more for or less quality product. It’s a shame because I actually liked them. If they respond to this I hope it’s to take notes and ask what older clients would like to see. $4.17 for pollo $5.79 for 3 pastelitos de guayaba $3.42 for a Malta $6.5% service fee Total $14.49 I paid cash but I chose not to tip because they’re not familiar with the new system and overcharged.

I called yesterday to ask about some party trays for croquetas and was told I only had to call 15 minutes in advance to ensure they are available or ensure they can fry them up. Today I called and spoke with a different lady that said they had plenty of trays available and I informed them the puckup was for half an hour. When my girlfriend arrived there were no croquetas available because they sold out. My girlfriend didn’t have time to wait so she took two trays of pastelitos which didn’t look fresh at all. To top it all off my girlfriend asked why they didn’t want to take an order over the phone and all three servers denied having spoken to me over the phone. Only making matters worse and increasing tension they did not have the courtesy to bag the pastelitos and tried to charge her for a party buffet instead of just for two trays of pastelitos. Ultimately long story short terrible service and terrible quality. I will pick Pinecrest bakery over them every time.

My daughter just came home from Cali and really wanted a taste of home. I got her Ricky's bakery and they did not disappoint, very happy the food, the atmosphere and the service definitely coming again.

Hello, I have a complaint for this bakery in the afternoon shift where I have been going more than 10 times and they never sell me ham and cheese empanada because there is none and they run out and they do not replenish even 1-2. I understand that there are occasions that are left but once they have been fried they cannot be eaten. The service of this shift is terrible. Every day they give you a child's excuse (now the last one has been sold).

The finger foods were good but their medianoche was a joke, and it wasn't inexpensive. The sandwhich only had two super thin slices of pork and no pickles! The amount of ham and cheese was acceptable but I wanted a medianoche not a ham and cheese sandwhich into which a bit of pork was dropped on accident. I ate it, but I'm still craving a real medianoche.
