They have a set schedule that closes at 7:30 and closes at 7:00, the employees do not have good service and work without having customer service skills. I was a customer of theirs but my recommendation is that they look for another place. They have their schedule that they close at 7:30 and close at 7:00, the employees do not have good service and work without having customer service skills. They are so polite and I can't wait to visit again! They remind me of Chicas bakery in Union City, NJ.

I had to cancel my order because it was freezing. Even the girls working there had jackets on.

I spent days searching online for a good bakery where I felt comfortable. I got the name Ricky Bakery on Coral Way and booked my time to visit them. Believe me, it was very pleasant when I decided to go to see this place, because in it I got everything I was looking for, mainly a place where I would like to eat, since the cleanliness, the decoration, the presentation of the food, the presentation of the employees and The staff that prepares the food, as well as the atmosphere in general, are what awaken a diner's desire to taste and enjoy what is offered there. I CONGRATULATE THE OWNER AND THE STAFF OF THIS BAKERY. Everything I bought there was delicious, from today I consider it my favorite. I highly recommend her. Congratulations!Parking: Right next to the premises. Good and safe environment.Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere.

This is for the owner:I placed an order for a small cake and pastries for 25pp and I asked for the cake to say "Happy Birthday Soledad". When the ordered arrived the cake did not have any writing on it and the pastries were staled. The bakery didn't even provide something to cut the cake. I called the bakery and spoke to a lady who told me "Todas las mangas estan rotas y por eso no se te escribio nada en el cake". A simple phone call would of been nice but not even that. What a disappointment, will never order anything from here again.

Great cakes and pastries but the service to eat in is the worst, someone should teach them how to work as a team I felt I was inside a chicken coop.

I'd like to start by saying that this has been my go to cuban bakery for years. Quality of their pastelitos was once amazing, then it went to mediocre and currently they are back to being pretty good. Service for me has been consistently good but I have noticed when they get swamped the atmosphere can get tense. I typically get the tostada and cafe con leche. Because in true cuban fashion, one must dip their tostada in the coffee. I also grab a a couple of pastelitos (usually the guava and cheese and the meat) to complete the cuban breakfast pyramid. I'm surprised by the many negative reviews but I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Until today I loved it, but today I felt disappointed, the hard, inedible sweets must be old... I don't understand how they can be devalued like that.
