I recommend ordering before hand and picking up unless you want to receive the worst customer service.

I love Ricky bakery but the one in coral way the quality and costumer service is way better. This Ricky bakery at 117th ave is horrible walk in both ladies talking on the phone instead of priority the costumers first!
The cafe con leche pure water. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Honestly the best service I’ve gotten. The people who work here are so nice to me. Maria Luisa also gives excellent service just like everybody else. Just like food I get served is always given to me great and I always see the workers with a good services and a smile. I come here every day before work and the food and service is excellent. No complains from me

I don’t usually write reviews, but this was so bad I had to warn people. I went to Ricky Bakery #3 in Sunset to grab a media noche sandwich, and what I got was disgusting. The ham inside was clearly expired — it had that sour smell and bad taste you can’t mistake. Honestly, I couldn’t even finish it. For a bakery that’s supposed to be well-known, serving food like that is unacceptable and unsafe.

Not only was the sandwich inedible, but it also made me feel sick afterwards. If you’re looking for fresh food, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Serving spoiled ingredients is beyond careless. I’ll never be coming back here, and I’d strongly suggest you think twice before ordering anything from this place.

Went to Ricky bakery on sw 117th avenue this morning for some Cuban toast and a Cortadito! What a great place! The services was phenomenal! Right away I was taken care of, the young lady who took care of me was great! Great personality and awesome customer service!

If you want an early fix on some good Cuban toast, croquetas and one of the best Pizza pastel there is in town hit this place up!

Ricky bakery, will not disappoint!

went to this bakery at 10:30 AM on Monday July 14th. Walked over to the sign that says “order here.” The cashier calls us over to the register, she takes the person in front of me’s order, and tells me she’ll be with me in a moment. Minutes go by and someone else walks over to the “order here” sign and is immediately tended to. When i ask the cashier where do I order food she responds with a nasty attitude saying i can make the line again and maybe she’ll take my order. Just curious as to how its my fault that after over 10 years at this location, you all haven’t managed to figure out how to take orders properly. Walked out without buying anything. Will never be back. I hope a Pinecrest Bakery takes your place in the near future 😇

The texture was weird—half soggy, half dry, biting into a dessert with mold, look at the picture.

the 2 ladies in front for SERVICE..had no idea in customer service..they were rude and not willing to work..also, the place was dirty compared to other Ricky's bakery I've been too..I would suggest Carlos and Ricky to pay more attention in the essence of their business, clearness and good service and food..not supervising is taking a toll..I won't come back to this one for sure
