Pastelitos were fresh, but café con leche tasted sooo bad! Attendants were rude and talking to each other, did only pay me attention after they finished the conversation of criticizing someone or something. My last time there for sure.

This bakery is too expensive, we ordered 2 Cuban Sandwiches and they charged us $10 for each, way too expensive 2 sandwiches and 1 coffee $30. They put the sandwiches to toast. It came out cold and everything. The staff is also non caring and do a whatever job. Stay away.

Service is horrible, stood inline for 20 mins while they worked on uber orders. Food quality is just ok, not worth the trip.

This afternoon, I visited this bakery, and my experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the quality, freshness, and presentation of all their products—it was impossible to choose just one! But what truly stood out was the customer service: the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I felt welcome and satisfied with every detail. It was such a special moment, filled with delicious flavors and a super pleasant vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The products are not bad, nor the best, what is terrible is the service.
Several bad experiences visiting them in the afternoon.
The last time, being the only person waiting, 3 employees, coming and going, talking and one there waiting as if he were painted in oil.
It is not the first bad experience in terms of attention, but this time my patience was exhausted.

The prices on the menu are less that the amount they charge, for a dark cafe con leche i have been charged extra 50 cents. The place is not very clean , the desserts have been on display for too long (food is not fresh and overpriced) Only a medium cafe con leche and a tost with swiss cheese $8. The worst customer service.

The croquettes are very bad and the Tequeños should not sell products with such poor quality, it literally ruined our breakfast.

This is one of my favorite Cuban bakeries. The service and food are both excellent and the prices are very fair. It's by far the best bakery south of Flagler and I've been to most. Great for takeout or dine in. It's a nice big space with plenty of tables and space. It's in a strip shopping center with plenty of parking.

Vegetarian options: Most of the stuff does not have meat but a lot of it is loaded with sugar so probably not the healthiest. But, hey, it's a Cuban bakery so what do you expect?

Parking: Plenty of parking in the large parking lot.

The staff at this bakery are horrible! Yet it is the only one by my job. Two days calling to place an order and they don’t pick up, when the finally do they put you on hold forever or better yet leave you listening to their private conversation and forget about you on the phone. After 8 minutes I hung up, was going to place an order for 40 co workers, guess your business lost out. You really need to reevaluate your personnel. In this day and age this is not acceptable service.

Known as Ricky's Mosquetera Bakery. The food is mediocre but worst of all is the amount of Flys in the dining area, and if you look around there isn't a single item to try to mitigate this problem. Compren halgo Para tartar de mater Las moscas. Es mejor monetary 5 min mas y ir a Party Cake Bakery.

I am a customer of that bakery and I always have a specific cake made for family and work celebrations. On May 31, 2024 I went and ordered a chocolate cream cake for June 7 in the morning like other times. Today I arrived to pick it up and after the girl made several calls without getting answers, she told me that the order did not appear. She, really very embarrassed, tried to calm me down and make me choose from the ones they had there. With great disappointment I took 2 cakes that, to make matters worse, were not made today because I saw the dates they had on the tray. You ask for constructive opinions from us and you are in charge of destroying a bakery due to the disabilities of some employees and managers. They have done harm to a loyal client of yours.

Very bad attention, we arrived at the bakery at 8am, there was no one, there were 3 ladies inside, 2 talking to each other and one working, they spent more than 5 minutes looking at us and as if no one was there, they never even approached us to take our orders. order, we left without ordering with a very unpleasant experience
