Bad service, terrible, there was only one BLONDE girl in such a big bakery. I ordered a Cuban Sandwich and a Soda, my uncle ordered a Cortadito and a coconut cake, they gave me the bread in 1 minute, I sat down at the table about 5 minutes later, I said ehhh. My Sandwich when I went to see the Girl, you took it I thought it was a Toast that they had given to my Uncle I saw it Skinny I opened it and it had 2 SLIPS OF HAM AND ONE OF CHEESE MY GOD the cheese couldn't be seen it was melted It seemed like butter. Lack of RESPECT for my UNCLE'S SHORT. Ready and we asked the Girl. She says 1 hour ago that she is in trouble. Call him, he is an elderly person with HEALTH PROBLEMS who HAS A BADEST WAY OF TREATING THE PUBLIC. IT LOOKS LIKE WE WERE IN CUBA. I ARRIVED IN Y-2002 I KNOW WHAT A CUBAN SANWICH IS HELLOOOO IT THINKS TO ME THAT COMMUNISM ARRIVED IN RIKI BAKERY, THERE ARE NO WORKERS AND A LACK OF HAM AND CHEESE AND THE CORTADITO IS VERY BAD NOT AS THEY ASKED FOR

I’m a usual customer here and today’s breakfast is disgusting. How do you think it’s okay to serve this as a “to go” and think that no one will notice. Noting in this carton is edible, nothing. I called to advise and the lady who answered simply said I’m sorry. You weren’t sorry when you put those old fries and eggs in the carton and expected me not to say anything. You guys just lost a loyal customer.

Awful. I just left the bakery and they practically scammed me. I ask the lady if she has homemade croquettes and she says yes, ham. He charges me for them and as soon as I leave I try them, what a surprise I was given the regular frozen boxes that they sell in the Market. When I complain to him he tells me that he doesn't have the house. So? They think you're stupid and wouldn't notice...that's why they don't prosper...I don't recommend this bakery, especially the one located at this address.

Horrible service! I guest the sign that says we reserve the right to admission( which is very ironic) also means they reserve the right to ignore you if you don’t speak Spanish. I came in to place my order and right away I was asked if I spoke Spanish and I said no. Well the lady called someone to help but she just looked and kept doing what she was doing. I pointed at the last three guava pastries and she put them in a bag and I asked for an apple juice but had to get a customer to translate and I purchased it only to get in the car and see 3 meet pastries. Went back in to tell them and was completely ignored. Same customer had to tell them what happened. Instead of apologizing they spoke Spanish and laughed. BYW those 3 guava pastries weren’t there when I came back. I had to wait for them go to the back and get more. Will not come back. Not because of a mistake but because of the rudeness.

I bought a pastica de pimiento and it was moldy. I figured that it happens. Just throw it away and move on. But then I saw the reviews and looks like mold is a common ingredient at this bakery. I can't speak about the service because there 1 person helping clients and 3 or 4 doing busy work.If the bakery Owner reads this, please have some measures taken to prevent this from happening.

The place is so full of rules that has lost the fun to go and have a pastelito and a cortador.. entonces these way .. go the other way.. ordering here even that the only wants is a cortadito. To much rules for a simple pastelito and coffee.. Ridiculous .

Cafe y no taza? Los plasticos y espuma de poliestireno (styrofoam) es malisimo cuando caliente a el cuerpo humano. No hay algo mas rico que sentarse, comodo y tienen espacio y tomarse un Cafe bueno en una taza.

a couple of pastelillos, a couple of cortaditos, a box with 5 capuchinos, and we reached $25. I just can't believe these people. Just be sure you have funds before you order. Food was OK, not great or amazing. Can't recommend the place.

The best bakery in Miami. The people working there are very nice and attentive.I have seen people complaint for nothing just because they are having a bad day and they are taking it off on the working people.I want to say to all this people to please think before putting a bad review just because you have to make a line when now days lines are everywhere even at Publix and we all have to wait.I give 10 stars to the people working there.

I stopped in at Ricky' Bakery in the TJ Maxx plaza because I had a long wait time at the Xfinity store next door. I ordered a pan de bono, a pastel preparado, a croqueta and a café con leche. - The Pan de bono was Completely hollow inside which means I did not get to enjoy a pan de bono - The pastel preparado was super dry and had a burnt taste to it, the cheese in the pastel preparado was dry in the ends las if they'd had it sitting under a heating lamp for a while - The café con lech was leche with a splash of coffee - Lastly the croqueta was overbooked or had been sitting under the heating lamp alongside of the pastel preparado. The service was indifferent nor offered a solution. What a shitty experience. As a pero son that knows Cuban food this was indeed quite a disappointment Maybe I'm just too picky because the place was full or the people coming in here don't know proper Cuban pastries. In any event I will Mot be making this mistake Ever again.
