Horrible service. 3 women that don’t make eye contact. No numbers so you don’t know who’s next. Seems they are all busy fixing Uber orders or walking around. Next time I drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Pinecrest.

Their opening posted time is 6am. Got there at 6:13am. And an employee inside just waved at me that they were not open. Didn't even come to the door to tell me as to why they were not open. Nor as to when they will open; terrible. Obviously not the owner of the stablishment.

I traveled from Pembroke Pines to Kendall to buy two paneletas and two Run chocolates to please my mom who tells me the sweets there were good. When I got to my mother's house I was sad and angry, the sweets were old and dry, stiff, and they didn't look bad, I lost a 44 mile trip and almost $20 plus not pleasing my mother, bad sweets, old dry ones. …

Excellent treatment and service from all the girls at Riky #4. We often place orders with our company and everything always goes smoothly. Congratulations and many thanks to all the girls and those who make their cakes the most delicious.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place is the worst bakery I’ve ever been to. Everything was cold, the wait was ridiculous, and the bakery is super dirty. Never again.

Horrible experience, I was standing by the register waiting to get help by her and was ignored by this lady. Flirting with the Uber Eats Driver, he looked at me badly. The lady didn’t try getting my order, on the contrary she gave me a bad attitude because apparently I got in between their conversation. In Miami this is called comemierduria in spanglish. People without manners and lack of respect like if what they do is normal. I strongly do not recommend this place, is a disgrace to our society.

Party croquetas were burnt to a crisp! Over breaded and no meat inside. The meat pastelitos were terrible!

I thought they opened at 6am on Saturdays. Arrived at 6:15 am doors were locked. Employee inside didn't acknowledge me standing outside. No explanation as to why they were still closed. After standing outside for a few minutes I left.

Service was terrible. The place looked run-down with paint peeling off the walls. The meat pastelitos, spinach pies, and sandwiches con pastica gave my family diarrhea.

The place is terrible, the service also takes a while to be served and the sweets are hard, they seem old and the spinach croquettes taste horrible, it's really not even what it was before, I don't recommend it
