Prices were raised, quality went down and it went from an amazing Cuban Bakery that felt like home to a wanna-be-esthetic Venezuelan bakery. Still alright just not my prices.

This place cuts corners and staff does not care about food safety. I gave my complaint in person but I will upload the photos so you can be warned ahead of time. No bathrooms and disgusting black-mold empanadas . I wish I was making this up, but thank God I saw this before I ate it. Nasty, and the staff is rude . I never leave negative reviews , but this had to be shared .

I was kind to have cafe con leche and toast and my wife want a little cake. We passed this bakery and went inside to order.,but the cashier was really rude and miserable to take care us. Really bad attitude and the way to talked to us. She thinks I was asking something for free, customers spend money to have a nice food and customer service. I will never comeback to this bakery. I am a manager at the restaurant business if for sure she works for me, she got fired on the spot. Really bad.

I called yesterday at the last minute to order a dulce de leche cake, and to my surprise, they said yes. The staff was very attentive and I didn't have to wait long for the cake. Plus, it was delicious! Many loved it, and I have already recommended the place.
