Do not place pickup orders on their website. I was charged for an online order I made through their website and after receiving a text that my food was ready for pickup, they had closed the restaurant early. Now I have to reach out to DoorDash to see if they give me a refund. They refused to help even though they accepted the order.

I visited Rincón Porteño expecting an authentic Argentinian experience, but unfortunately, it felt more like a general Latin restaurant. I ordered a milanesa and what I received was not an Argentinian milanesa — it was a Latin-style breaded meat, completely different from what you’d expect from true Argentine cuisine.
I also asked for ensalada rusa, which wasn’t available. Instead, the sides offered were fries, arroz moro, arroz con frijoles, and plátanos — typical Latin food, not Argentinian. I ordered a ensalada mixta, but what I got was simply a plate of lettuce with ranch dressing. That is not a ensalada mixta.
It was disappointing to visit an Argentinian restaurant and end up eating food that felt more like something from La Carreta. Don’t get me wrong — I love La Carreta when I’m craving Latin food — but that’s not what I came here for.
If you’re looking for authentic Argentinian flavors, this might not be the right spot.

Daniela was are server and she provided an incredible experience. The food was also really good with large portions.
I decided to leave this restaurant because there is a 3.89 service charge if you pay with a credit card plus there’s a 6.99% charge for an establishment fee. Therefore, upon sitting down, I’ve already invested 10% to eat there before I order my food and get my final bill and before tip has been included at 18% minimum, which is also in the menu as a requisite. Reason for my low rate is because I chose not to eat and left. Refused to pay 10% just to eat and an establishment.

Last night after waiting at the table for 20 minute non of the waiters passed by to bring bread, to take an order for drinks or food. At the time only 4 tables were occupied. A party of 6 came in and they offered drinks immediately. Very poor quality service.

The place was apparently sold, and it’s horrible. The quality, quantity, and price of the food are not worthy. The fries are obviously frozen and so are the frozen yuca fries. The meat and chicken are mediocre leaning toward fast food. Only one server and the food took for ever to be ready. Highly recommend to avoid this place.
