The building is very beautiful because of the gentleman at the reception on the sixth floor. The older White gentleman is very repellent, speaks too rudely, and treats people badly. He has no education to work in Customer Service.

Living here has been such a positive experience overall, and for the most part, I genuinely love it. The sense of community and the amenities are fantastic. However, it's incredibly frustrating how a few negative interactions with certain employees can completely sour what is otherwise a wonderful place to live. It truly is a shame that the hard work and positive attitudes of the majority of the staff can be overshadowed by the actions of a select few. I sincerely hope that some changes can be made to address these issues, as it would elevate the experience for everyone and ensure that the potential of this place is fully realized.

We have been living in this building for 7 months by now. And we absolutely love it. The staff is friendly all the time. They speak English and Spanish. They are ready to help with any of your requests. We receive a lot of packages and there was never a case with any of our parcels.
The cleanliness of the place is all the time on a high level: they constantly renovate, improve the premises. I can strongly recommend this building as a residency

My unit was beautiful but management was absolutely horrendous. They should all be fired.
Worst place to live in brickell.They have a BIG ISSUE their water pipes are very very loud and make a lot of noise every time your neighbor use the water, it would literally not allow you to sleep during the night because of the noise, I been complaining and management just careless, and ignore you.
