Immediately upon entering we were greeted by Mirna and offered different options. Our waiter, Jose was extremely attentive and made several suggestions from the menu. The food was amazing and the ambiance is great. Definitely a great place to eat where the staff makes you feel like family .

We found this gem of a restaurant while staying nearby. The hostess immediately greeted us and the food was excellent. All of the pasta was homemade and delicious. I ordered the creme brulee for dessert. It was the best creme brulee I've ever had. The desserts were in a case and looked homemade as well. Highly recommend!

The food is very delicious although the portions could be a little larger. Their sweet proposals are typical Italian delicacies very well done.Vegetarian options: It is a pizza and pasta restaurant so many of their options are not meat-based.Parking: I think the ideal is to leave the car in a nearby parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: It is a place on the street so I think it is accessible.

Excellent bruschetta and Risotto fruto di mare. Never disappoints. It was very busy on Friday night and our desserts took too long so we canceled them. Other than that it was a great experience.

This by far the best Italian food we've had in a restaurant- outside of Italy. It was fresh and very fairly priced. The service was great, atmosphere was upbeat without being chaotic, everything was very clean, and the hostess/front of house manager kept everything moving smoothly and made everyone feel welcome ( we were sitting near the door - so we were able to observe how lovely she was with everyone). The only downside - we live 3000 miles - so we'll have to wait until our next visit to try more of the menu - all looked awesome. P.s. They do take out/delivery as well and it appears they also do a great job at it!

Perfect salmon - crispy on the outside, melts in your mouth. Wonderful flavor pairings. Superb service. Beautiful, lovely atmosphere near outside seating.
They boast a fantastic outdoor dining area along with ample seating indoors. The Italian cuisine they serve ranks among the best I've tasted. The service was exceptional! I couldn't have wished for a better experience. A perfect 10 out of 10!

Excellent food and service here. We ordered the short rib ravioli, pear, and walnut salad and a basil pizza for the table, and all were very good. The atmosphere is fancy/casual, and there are plenty of families there, along with just people out on the town. The bread with the tomato olive oil dip that the waiter brought out for us while we waited for our order was quite possibly the highlight of the night, they should bottle it and sell it, it's that good!

We go to Fratelli Milano when we come to Miami for the boat show the last few years. We have had Jose our waiter when we are there and he is always welcoming, excellent server, quick and accommodating. I ordered the Ravioli short rib with meat sauce for the first time and that will be my go to.

We stumbled across this awesome, authentic Italian restaurant purely by chance, whilst manually scrolling through Google Maps for somewhere close to our hotel. It hadn't show up in any Google searches or Pizza or Italian food in Brickell/Miami, but we're so glad we found it. The Artichoke Salad and Prosciutto/Arugula/Pamegianno Pizza were excellent, as was the vibrant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and to round off an excellent end to a wondeful dinner, the final check was surprisingly low. We've probably not had a better value for money wonderful meal anywhere in the US. Highly recommended! Maybe, we'll be back tomorrow
