Love this place! Came here with my parents that never tried them before and they liked it a lot. Service from the staff was fantastic, everyone was so sweet and attentive, shoutout for that! Definitely I recommend this place, the nerds flavor is super tasty, and every other type of product on this store!

Rita’s Italian Ice has quickly become my go-to spot for the ultimate sweet treat in Miami Beach. Their Italian ice and milkshakes are simply unbeatable. With so many delicious flavors to choose from, there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re craving a refreshing lemon sorbet or a creamy chocolate milkshake, Rita’s has you covered.

One of the things I love most about Rita’s is their late hours. When those late-night cravings hit, there’s nothing quite like indulging in a cold, sweet treat. While I’m always happy to make the trek to their location in South Beach, I can’t help but wish they had a branch closer to the Flamingo area. That way, I could enjoy their delicious treats even more often.

Rita's is always good and the service is good too. I guess it's because of the location that I give it 3 stars. There is no room inside to sit and relax although there are three small tables outside. I'm just used to going to stores where you can see the selections and also have options to sit inside.

At 11:40 I arrived to the store it was open even though the door is open the guy told me they're close. I told him on Google says closed at 12am he told me its wrong because they cleaning. He was so rude towards me

If you watch your camera you would see the door is open the guy had the mop and his hands saying they're cleaning this is so disappointed that the information on Google is false

Last night around 12am we went with my girlfriend and they treated us excellently even though they were about to close. The boy was very respectful and gave us a courtesy for my girlfriend's birthday through the app. Super recommended ??

My boyfriend and I stopped by today around 10:45 trying to escape the high Miami sun, not knowing that the shop opened at 11 and pulled on the door to find it locked. However, right as we were walking away realizing our mistake, Felix came from the back and opened up the door for us! He said that they opened at 11 but invited us inside out of the heat, moved the table aside for us and asked if we would like something to cool us down. He let us try his favorite flavors and allowed us to make a purchase before the store was even supposed to open. He gave us tips on where to go in Miami and wished us all the best on our vacation. Truly, Felix had the best customer service I’ve seen in years, he was so excited to invite us in and talk to us, I couldn’t recommend this location more. On top of that, we all know Rita’s hits the spot, so definitely check this location out, and tell Felix we said hi!
