It seems disrespectful to me that one has to wait 25 minutes like that, calling for a croissant with eggs when a croissant costs $15 in that place is to make it a luxury service because anywhere a croissant only costs less and is super the service

I’ve always liked this place, but unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Every time I visit, the staff tends to ignore me, acting as though I’m invisible, and I often have to wait for someone else to assist me. This has happened multiple times, and honestly, it’s becoming too much. It’s sad because I’ve known this place for a long time and was familiar with the previous owner, but the service quality has really diminished

The worst bakery in Miami. The food was horrible! I asked for a croqueta, one empana of ham and cheese and one malta. All tasted very bad and I was charged more than $9 !! The person attending was very nice

On December 24, I bought a Christmas cake to take to my family at a Christmas gathering. What I chose was one that said it was cappuccino, first it was not coffee, its dough was a stone and it had no taste of anything, I spent $44.45 in something that no one liked and I had to throw the whole cake in the trash this place is the worst bakery I have ever known in my life I hope no one buys from that place because they are going to ruin their Christmas dinner or some event they are celebrating ,

Uncle bought this cake for our noche buena and it was not a hit. The cake was supposed to be cappuccino and it just tasted like sugar.

The service is poor and unprofessional, they take a while and they serve you predisposedly.
Roma has had a special place in my heart. I should know, I pretty much went here once a week with my grandmother to eat guava pastries. Going for the first time in years it has changed but still has a lot of that charm and especially quality in the food. However the customer service was a little slow, a lot of confusion between us and the server. Other than that, the food was worth the wait and definitely is a must visit.

First time I come to this place and it will be the last, I am not one of those who do these things but it was truly unpleasant in its entirety, the service was terrible
When we arrived my mom and I went straight to the table, we had been sitting for a few minutes and no one came, I went and asked them are they going to the table, yes of course!! Ok, he came, they are going to have cappuccino, he never asked what else or anything. He left and brought the cold cappuccino ❄️ north pole
We asked for two pieces of toast, so I had to stop and ask for the toast 🙄 when he brought the wrong and cold toast 🙄
I didn't tell him anything either, we didn't eat them that way, when he brought me the bill I told him look I'm going to leave you a tip but your service has been terrible. And now this is getting good 😄😄😄 the lady says that she wasn't there to please everyone 🤣🤣🤣
Can someone tell this lady that her job is to please everyone?
That she is for that because the restaurant was empty, she had no one and she was alone in the gossip with not who
And that is a fairly expensive place because two roasted and two coffee with milk with a little cinnamon claim to fill in Capuchino jurisdiction 19.05
20 dollars and no one is given the dollars just like that, so you have to respect the clients and yes you have to please the clients, and if not look for another job, because that is not for you.
Thank you

“I had a very unpleasant experience on my last visit. I understand that the place was about to close, but the staff was extremely rude and made me feel like they were kicking me out. They even dared to criticize me because I was using my cell phone. They didn't give me enough time to leave and the attitude of the employee It was very unprofessional. It's a shame because the place has potential, but customer service is something they definitely need to improve.”

I used to love this community gem when it was run and owned by Chef Bianchi, the original owner. The Roma Cafe offers your cuban and Italian pastries and specialties. I typically go for the breakfast served on a wooden board or the sandwiches for lunch that are very solid. Unfortunately my past three or four experiences at Roma. I received really poor customer service. They need to better train the people running the pastry counter and at the front they are very slow and don’t smile. They also never acknowledge customers that are waiting in line and sometimes it is hard to know whether they will even take your order. This morning I called twice to order four Cuban toasts and a big box of Croquetas. The first time I was placed on hold for three minutes while I could hear them laughing and joking in the background. I hung up and called back after the three minutes and asked to please not be placed on hold and she immediately just started speaking to someone else. It’s very much to defeat the purpose of calling ahead to have your order ready when you are in a rush. I understand these things happen but the last few times I’ve been there. The customer service experience has always been bad. Probably will not be coming back which is a shame as it is a cool place and important part of the neighborhood.

They charge $2 for adding almond milk to your coffee. I pay 50 cents at many other establishments. Reason enough for me not to return unfortunately.
