10 employees and the bathroom is dirty as always, if the bathroom is like this, visible to the employees, I can't imagine the kitchen

Wouldn't those who attend have a different attitude?

Charging for ice is wild to me. Need to hire a friendly staff. They don’t look happy

Foods are delicious but people who works here are weird and disrespectful. Theyre flirting with each other instead of getting my order. They took my coffee from my table but I didnt even finish it ı called her back and asked for my cup back. Maybe they need more break. Good luck

I got a ham and cheese sandwich, good but I've had better ones. For a bakery the assortment isn't huge and the service is so-so: I wanted some olive bread to take away but I was told that they only sold it stuffed, I understand that maybe it's a company policy so it's not the fault of the waiter who gave me he served but I didn't like the service.

Certainly! Here’s your comment in English:

A so-called server named Pablo displayed an unparalleled level of nonchalance, taking over 10 minutes to prepare a matcha latte and an espresso. Once on the unstable tray, the coffee spilled due to my mistake, but instead of being understanding, he was extremely unpleasant and did everything he could to make me wait even longer. This is absolutely unacceptable !

The food is fine, the service is friendly, but it’s not really a bakery as much as it is a patisserie. It doesn’t sell actual bread (just focaccia with toppings). You can’t buy plain loaves, sliced bread, etc. It’s a bit overpriced, I mean, so is everything in Brickell. Is it yummy? I mean anything with enough flour, sugar, salt, and fat (and a decent baking technique) is going to be remotely tasty. But it’s not hugely imaginative in its flavors. In other words, for a quick bite, it’s good enough if you don’t mind spending the money.

Don’t eat here, they serve overpriced old stale pastries that make people sick and taste below average. They also have subpar customer service. I paid $10 for one eclair around 7pm, it looked dried up and tasted like it had been sitting out all day, I’ve had a better eclair at 7-eleven and Dunkin’ Donuts. I became sick shortly after eating from here. Also they merge the order line and the check out line, so I stood in line for a while waiting for someone to help me, I tried to flag down a few employees who I guess weren’t on pastry duty and they just looked at me and kept walking like I didn’t exist. The only reason someone helped me is because it was my turn at the cash register and I mentioned that I still had not received my pastry and the person seemed at bit bothered that they had to put gloves on and leave the register to help me. That should’ve been my sign to leave. I would never go back.
