Looks better online than it is in person.
I came here after seeing the pictures on Google. It looked like a real bakery with lots of fresh desserts. But when I showed up, it was mostly a fridge full of drinks and just a few small pastries.

Also, the address on Google Maps is confusing— I walked around confused for a while before I found it.

Tip: Fix your location on Google so people can find you. And maybe bake more fresh stuff. Right now it feels more like a drink shop with a couple desserts on the side.

They should close this one or find new staff the pastries are covered in bugs.

Turkey and Swiss croissant sandwich $17 was the perfect thing to eat on the train / Brightline. Expensive, but I ate it in two sittings over the trip to Orlando so it was exactly what I needed. Sfogloatelle was good, saccottino was good. Cashier Romane was super friendly as well and helped answer questions.

Located right next to the entrance of brightline it was perfect.

I had a delicious iced matcha late and worked for some time at one of the tables they have there.

Way overpriced tiny portions that taste like a scam. I was unable to see the price, you have to go up to the line area to try to read the tiny menu font. Then you’re pressured by the employee rushing you to the register to buy one of these tiny portions before getting a good look at the price. Won’t go back after making the mistake of going here once.

Terrible service from the staff, poor quality product, I bet whatever it is that it is raw frozen product that they heat in stores, poor quality and expensive for what you receive

Amazing coffee and deserts. I loved the sandwiches. I highly recommend this place. Also it has a very classy atmosphere. It was simply beautiful to be there.❤️❤️☕️

I had the worst service in New York. It felt like I was back in Apartheid South Africa . I was standing waiting to order and after showing I want to order a pastry . so I wait to be helped . and the person behind the person behind the counter says excuse me . I'm thinking I can order and he basically looks past me to take the orders from people behind me. thank you for transporting me to a bad space I didn't think I would ever experience again ...

Their pastries are so great, just like in Italy. Had a cream bombolone and apple pie, everything was so delicious. Highly recommended
