I just passed by this place and decided to try... I bought a ham and cheese empanada that didn't look good through the glass because of the color, but I decided to try it because maybe it was an impression. Indeed...with 1 bite...cold...old and almost without filling. I went back and asked the employee about the owner, the man was there and simply told me that that was what it was, he practically didn't look at my face... he didn't try to make me a new one, much less return me the 3 kilos that it was worth. This point is the least important. This review is because we have to recover good places and adequate customer service in this city. And places like these should go and operate in other countries. For my horrible experience.

Excellent . The best cappuccino cake in Miami. The girls they have there now are very good. The place was remodeled and is always very clean. good change

This Bakery is no longer owned by Rosy. She had to sell it last year - you can thank the rising cost of operating a family-owned business in Sweetwater. The new owners have revamped the place - it feels cold and unwelcome. Even if the previous employees weren't always the nicest, it was still my local Bakery and it felt like home. This new place is different, and not good. The pastelitos de carne are no longer delicious, and filled with real carne. Now they're pink inside, I don't know why because beef is brown when cooked, and the pastry was made incorrectly with too much butter.I'm going to miss Rosy. I already miss Bebo, rest in peace. Thank you for serving me for over 30 years of my life. You had the best pastelitos. I will miss all your recipes, Rosy. Thank you for being part of Miami and my life.Good luck to the new owners, I guess.

Horrible customer service lady who attended me was very rude and not friendly their Cuban bread was dry and disappointing so not worth going to this place and let’s not talk about how unclean it’s inside and during this time their employees are not using mask and coughing

Excellent Cuban bread.El Bebo as many knew him, his owner, an excellent person who I was lucky enough to meet and consider him my friend, is fondly remembered. Now his daughter Rosi has managed to maintain the recipes and exquisite flavor of her candy store and bakery. 100% recommended.
