The restaurant is clean. The food is very good. You could tell the staff were not to happy with each other. No one greeted the customers. Not even the regulars. The waitress had us to pay at the time we ordered not at the end of the meal. Yes, we did let her know we were dining in. Everything was to go serving ware, condiments but not the plates. It was a hostile environment. The food was price right. Our Detroit guest were happy with the food but disappointed therre were no waffles. They do offer specials!

I cannot believe I have driven past this place so many times It took someone from out of town to be in the car. We grabbed some burgers and they were amazing. Each and every bite was absolutely delicious. The lady who assisted us was pleasant and helpful and the cook killed. And to top it off we got to learn a little bit of history about this business. I SUGGEST YOU MAKE THE TRIP HERE!!

This is the last Royal Castle left on the planet. Royal Castle is to South Florida what White Castle is to the Midwest. They made their first slider in 1938, and at its peak in the 1960's, there were over 150 locations, 40 of which were in South Florida. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 7, although I give the owner a 10 for keeping the last one open, terrazzo floors, and all. It's worth a visit for historical reasons alone. The sliders were cooked to order and served hot. Throw in a root beer for the full vintage experience.

This place sucks. The food is no good. The customer service is horrible. They can’t cook and service DoorDash people before siting customers I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone who don’t want bad food or time

I ate at Royal Castle after a morning of bowling in Pompano Beach. If you think about it, that I'm 77 years old and was 9 at that time, Royal Castle made an impression that has lasted a life time. Back in those days all they had was sliders, fries, and rootbeer.
This place is a time travelers delight. Straight out of 50-60’s America. Not implying they’ve gone high cuisine. It’s the same menu. But it’s their classic sliders. That and the friendly, crusty, neighborhood diner atmosphere. Has all the classic elements too. Take it as it is. And love it. It’s the sliders you’re here for. Fries and a birch beer too. Staff is friendly and helpful. Don’t overthink this. Order the house specialty Six pack of sliders, fries, and soda Say hello to pre-Beatles America. Roll those jeans up too, sport.

Loved our visit at Royal Castle today. We drove from North Miami Beach when our AC went out. But it was well worth it. The restaurant was very clean. Friendly polite employees with great service. And the food was so good. We had a six pack cheeseburger combo with some Fry's and drinks. The price was under $20.00. We can't wait to come back again and bring some freinds. I highly recommend this Royal Castle
