Ruby Tuesday

Our food was tasty but the best part was our server, Liz. It was only her third day but she was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

Take out... quesadilla missing ingredients (cheese/meat) ? and my 2nd order was missing the fries. Food order online was fast and easy but, the quality/quantity not the same as when eating at the restaurant itself. Staff was friendly at the front during pick up.

Food was good but the ambiance is not relaxing

My new chill spot. While everyone is waiting 15 to 30 minutes to be seated at Chili's just to get cold food, I'll be at Ruby Tuesdays! We were seated immediately. The hostess was awesome. The Ruby Relaxer is a signature drink & must try! Food was hot, delicious, & served in a timely manner. Everything we ordered from the ribs, to the wings, to the spinach artichoke dip (the best I've ever tried), to the mozzarella sticks was FLAVORFUL! My boyfriend had the long island iced tea & said it was perfect. The cook even greeted us & asked if we needed anything in addition. Had to share this review with my fellow food lovers.

Great time eating delicious food .Bobby, Katelyn,Erica, Ray and Kate thanks for being the best bartenders in town. Charles best chef hands down. Hard working managers keeping place open in this difficult times

I'm torn. Had a promo so I was so happy about the value. Had to go inside since I had the promo they e-mailed. I was waiting there with my mask on. The lady who helped me had a mask but, there was a man that came to the phone wearing an all black uniform, not masked & telling the guy on the phone to come back because he forgot a delivery. He then asked me if I spoke Spanish & handed me the phone & asked me to tell the guy in Spanish to come back. He was not wearing a mask & handed me, a customer, the phone he was just talking quite loudly on!!! This happened the day before yesterday at lunch time.

Great restaurant during these times. great service, but what ultimately completed everything and made me come here and leave comment, was that after dinner moist towelette. ?

Open for business and welcomed us with open arms. No hugs of course but service was awesome!! Food was great, cooked the way I specifically requested( cudoes to the back Chef department), lunchtime quick service, friendly and splendid experience. Tip was given accordingly plus extra for all the steps they took to honor everyones space. 10 stars if they had it.

Christopher Pera, Was one of our best servers and been with ruby tuesdays for 5 years from New York to Miami Ruby’s. Our dearest beloved will be missed and always remembered, he was a Great son, friend and family to everyone! He was my favorite person inside and outside of work, never a dull moment with him. Keep him and his family in your prayers if I may ask. May god bless his soul and his soul will live forever in our hearts in Jesus name! Amen?? I love you Chris! In town for a few weeks and will definitely spend lots of time here. Excellent service, food and prices! Vanessa is by far one of the best waitresses I have had in a very long time. All for her, you can't go wrong!

Today I had the pleasure of dining at Ruby Tuesday with my family. Our server was Fabi. Our service from arrival to the end of the meal was exceptional, courteous and timely. She was attentive and just awesome. The manager D came by several times to ensure we were all happy with our service. We come here often and will continue to patronize this restaurant.

Service was great, the manager even came by several times just to see if we needed anything. Everyone enjoyed their food, especially the cookie dessert(s). We ended up ordering two.

Katelyn is by far the best bartender! My husband and I are always greeted with a smile as she starts to prepare our drinks! She never forgets extra A-1 sauce for my husbands steak. How does she remember every time?! We feel like family every time we come to this Ruby Tuesday. Absolutely love the salad bar and drink specials! Keep up the great work Ruby Tuesday.

The experience is amazing and the food is delicious. In particular, I want to thank Katelyn for being so kind with me and professional. I had no idea what I wanted and she guided me through the long list of possibilities with ease. Earlier tonight I noticed a woman who had drunken too much being overtly rude and antagonizing to the bar tender. I had seen her before, she always is a hot mess at the bar. Katelyn handled the situation professionally in addition to making the best libations I have been served in a long time. She is an asset to this establishment and all of us regulars just love her. She deserves a raise for having to deal with the level of quality she offers.. can’t wait to go again.

I placed an order over the phone and i was impressed with the service i received. The person at the end of the line was very courteous and polite. She also repeated everything to make sure it was right.
