A bar with a beautiful vibe! One of those that is hard to find in Miami. Very good variety of wines and small plates of food to share. In addition, the staff is beautiful and the place itself is super cozy. I love going to this bar to relax with friends or alone! I recommend it

The place hot but that wasn’t the main issue. The bartenders here don’t serve and the one female bartender I had tonight gave me the nastiest attitude and looks for no reason. All I asked was “excuse me do you have any mocktails?” She rudely YELLED “NO”. It was truly unbelievable and I never been disrespected like that in Miami until now. Then after that, she then rudely stared at me while I was having a conversation. I was here for a dating event, I’ll avoid coming here next time.
Also the one bartender didn’t know which white wine between pinot and Sauvignon was drier or less sweet than the other.

We had a reservation at 9 PM on a Friday. We had multiple text and email confirmations. When we showed up, Ruka was closed. We tried both entrances and the chairs were folded up, no one was at the bar or the check-in stand. There was zero indication that they had to close for the evening, across their website, instagram, or simply notifying us via text or email. We got a notification an hour before the reservation telling us to show up in time and it was closed.

I reached out via email to ask of if I could celebrate my birthday at Ruka with a party of 12 friends. Someone called Leandro reached out saying that Saturday was booked for a wedding but I could do my birthday party Friday or Sunday. I decided to go with Sunday (7:30 pm) since it was the actual date of my birthday. Leandro signed off saying “we see you on Sunday!”On Saturday I decided to make a dinner reservation at 6pm Sunday for half of my party through Resy and it was confirmed.I arrived at Ruka at 6:00 pm on Sunday with my friends and the place was closed. I called the number on Google maps and no answer. A minute later a get a text from that same number saying they’re closed. I texted back with my situation and I email the original email and no one answered.I was left to improvise my birthday on the spot for a party of 12 with no reservation in Miami.Thank you guys, you’re really nice. I also appreciate the apology that never came.
