Great food, the best peruvian restaurant in Miami that i visited so far.
Also they are honest people - once i forgot by backpack there and they returned it to me once i came back.

Enjoyed it but a little too spicy when I asked for mild ceviche.

It tested like the fish, calamari and octopus were a mixed of fresh with old, like their unused leftovers are mixed with the newly arrived seafood. Some are soft and fresh while others are saggy and rubbery.
The rocoto sauce is watered down and onions make your food portions fairly sized but it reality is a bunch of onions on top.
“Waiters and waitresses “walk like models” not notecing people needing checks or more of something.
Not a fun experience.

First time customer and WOW!!! I live 45min away and it was worth the drive! Ceviche was amazing and so was the chaufa de Mariscos! The portions for both were huge! Double the amount you typically get at other Peruvian restaurants. Service was fast and friendly! Place was packed and our waiter was still quick! Definately recommend and will return! Thank you!!!

Very disappointing. My sister and I were so excited to try the ceviche but the fish was chewy, the octopus tasted funky, and overall the ceviche seemed rancid like it had been sitting out for a while. And worst of all- there was no effort to try and correct the situation. Our server said everyone else likes it and left it at that. We left it all on the plate and got the check. We were there for a total of 15 minutes which also speaks to the cooking time since she claims they make it fresh on the spot and it came out in 5 minutes.
Sabor a Perú delivers bold, authentic Peruvian flavors and generous servings in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Standout dishes like the ceviche, seafood fried rice, and lomo saltado earn frequent praise.

Food was good and served you a lot. Only downside is they include tips automatic in the bill and a credit card fee.

Still one of the best tasting ceviches around. Do not expect fancy, instead go for taste.
