A true hidden gem in Westchester. Lechona Truck elevates traditional Colombian comfort food to a refined experience. I tried their Tamachona—that glorious Tolima-style tamal with its golden “copete”—along with their lechona (served with rice) and a perfectly seasoned morcilla.
