My husband took me to this place since he has come here before. I fell in love with it instantly. The restaurant has a small town diner kind of vibe. It was very calm inside and the decor made it feel so cozy. On top of that the food was delicious and waitress was nice as well. The prices are also great. Great place for breakfast, comfortable atmosphere, don't need latin america , Galindos , Sergios etc anymore now that I found this place $10 breakfastFast service, quiet , hidden . Yet right on bird rd , where taco viva use to be back in 1980, we live close by so it's great for us . Heard lunch and dinner good too, we need to try . But so far , I can definitely recommend this place for that quick cuban breakfast. Kids menu too with high chairs.
Really loved the vibe and food here for a "neighborhood type" Cuban restaurant! Had the chicken steak which was perfectly cooked and tasty as was the side of rice & beans and even the tostones were not greasy (I'm picky about tostones lol). Love the natural wood decor and overall vibe. See pics. Even our server Viviana was sweet and attentive. Ample parking. Restroom, while clean, is a small one-at-a-time typa thing. Definitely recommend!
