I complained about the bad taste of the pine empanadas (no taste of Chilean empanadas), frozen inside, and they told me how strange everyone likes our empanadas, I paid $3.75 for empanadas, bad service from the calera, a poorly educated woman, Then we went to Pamelas, a big difference, part, price, flavors, excellent service, reading the comments, I agree with the terrible service of this place.

The empanadas were terrible, they had no flavor at all, we ordered 6 pine empanadas and 6 cheese empanadas, the empanadas were small, cold, and of bad taste, they tasted like super-refusal oil, very terrible, compared to other Chilean places. The person who served us was a chubby girl with black hair, super despotic, the attention was terrible. The carefree waiter neglects the tables, just flirting with the girls. I don't think the cooks are Chilean, the empanadas were not juicy, they had no flavor, we asked for the empanadas warm and they were hot on the outside and cold on the inside, you could tell they were in the refrigerator. I told my friends not to go there for nothing and some said that the same thing happened to them too. In the store, the salesperson (he doesn't have a child over 20 years old), if you ask him about something, he tells you he must be there, he doesn't tell you anything and he's just on the phone, but when you collect, he has a big smile.Everything badNot recommended

My mom and I come here a lot. We dine in and we buy a lot from their store. The young man with the curly hair at the store was VERY rude and disrespectful to my mom who is older. He made her feel dumb for asking where the missing empanadas from an order she made were. Not coming back here again, honestly, no way to treat people who’ve come here for YEARS. Plus, we waited an hour to be sat down, and faced the parking lot (very awkward as we were five people). I will say the waiter was nice but that curly haired kid was really rude.

I ate there once and have donetake-outs, I go there for the "pastel de choclo" and have always found it delicious. I ate the same thing at another restaurant today and must say "Sabores Chilenos" does the best 'pastel de choclo" and at a better price too. It is a small restaurant but the service is good and their food is great.

We picked the expensive dish for two that is chicken, red meat, sausages, and potatoes. The chicken was so hard that I didn't even bother to eat it the meat or parrilla was not even worst eating. The service is a disappointment, we have to ask and almost beg for a drink or water. The water ? no ice just tap water. So expensive for such a horrible experience. Only reason I didn't return the food was because i was with my chileno friends and felt bad to offend them. Will not be back.

I went to eat a dessert, an apple strudel, and the person at the register told me that he couldn't sell it to me, because the area where they sold the desserts had already closed and squared the register. I think that if the restaurant is open, they should sell a dessert to the customer, very bad customer service, there were people eating in the restaurant, I didn't go at closing time.
