The hostesses have no empathy or respect for families or small children. We were given a gift card and went to have brunch this morning. We were told there might be a 30 minute wait because we had our baby in a stroller. The hostesses didn't seat us or speak to us for over an hour. I politely asked for updates after waiting 50 minutes. The hostess told us we were next in line and then made us wait 20 minutes longer with our 15 month old starting to get frustrated. I asked once more what was going on, they promised we'd be seated as soon as the hostess got back. We waited 3 more minutes, saw the hostess return and still no contact so we walked away. We never heard from them.

This is the typical place where they have that many clients that they don’t care about anyone. We arrived 11:30 am and They mentioned waiting time would be around 30 to 40 minutes, however, after an hour and seeing plenty of peopple gertribg in and empty tambles, they were not even concerned we were there for so long + we were wit a toddler.
We constantly asked how was the line and my husband had to stay just in front of the hosts to see if they can arrange something for us after all this time. St the end we got in, more than an hour waiting and high chair was not ready, we ask for it once and never arrived so. We had to ask a second time . Service just terrible. Fortunately, the food was amazing.

We had a wonderful visit to Sadelle's. The atmosphere was warm, the service friendly, and both dishes we tried were excellent. The French Toast was perfectly cooked with a great balance of sweetness, and the Blueberry Pancakes were fluffy and flavorful. Overall, a delicious and relaxed experience — as it was each time we had visited in the past.
This place is excellent.

Ordered the tower, one of their signature dishes. 6 types of fish, tomatoes, cucumbers, capers, cream cheese and bagels.
Phenomenal meal.
Service was equally impressive.

Beautiful place. Food is great but service it’s a hit and miss. I’m a regular here and it’s a shame that the hostess service is always very poor, taking away from the whole experience. We keep coming back because of the food and hope the service does get better.

We had to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time to get our table. The food was very average, our waiter was nice. Overall nothing special and no reason to comeback.
Food and service was great. My only complaint - our table was in direct sun light. We sat for about 10 mins under the sun until they could pull the shade behind us down. To do this, we had to move the table. This should've been done before our party sat. Other than this, we had a nice experience.

We love going to Sadelle’s in Coconut Grove—whether it’s dining in the restaurant or grabbing something from their coffee shop. We’ve been coming for four years, and the food is always consistently delicious. The service is excellent, and it’s the perfect spot for kids, families, and groups. Book a table in advance if you plan to sit down!

The server was friendly and prompt. His suggestions were well received. We had Rossini's and mimosas which were prepared quickly. Our group had a variety of meals but the portions sizes were equally large for all. The food was prepared to order and delicious. Compliments to the chef for the food and to the administrative team for running a smooth operation with engaging team members.
Food is great, service is awful. Would recommend the design district location but hard pass on the groove location.

Amazing brunch experience, The leo omelette was amazing! And the french toast was the best french toast ive had. Our server AM B was the best! She knew so much about the menu and was extremely helpful. Would definitely come back here! Thank You.
Sadelle in Coconut Grove is such a gem for weekday brunch! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, friendly smiles. The service is excellent—attentive without being overwhelming—which makes every visit a relaxing experience.
The food? Absolutely delicious. I can’t stop raving about their burger—it’s hands-down my favorite in all of Miami. Perfectly juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, bread is on another level. I think it’s a must-try for anyone visiting. Pair it with their other brunch favorites, and you’re in for a treat.
