Great service from Gaby! Food excellent but this place can be very expensive. This is typical deli food- but at Carbone prices. Beautiful location. I love it for business meetings—but bring a credit card- you're going to need it.
It was 42 outside and the rude manager wouldn't close the sliding doors after many customers complained, rude rude rude
Potato latkas cold , 2nd potion cold again after waiting 30 minutes for new order. Franks in blanket Luke warm , 2nd batch Hot but took close to an hour . Main courses were great salads Luncheon for 4 took 2 1/2 hours which is alot longer than expected considering we had 1215 reservations Very disappointing
The experience was acceptable, but with several negative points. The host was rude and unwelcoming; as the first person a guest interacts with, she should be better trained and show a more professional and friendly attitude. The tables are placed too close to each other, which leaves very little personal space and negatively affects privacy. On a positive note, the server was very attentive and did an excellent job. The food was good, but nothing particularly special or memorable. Overall, an average experience. Not bad, but not good enough to make us want to return.
We went New Year's Day so the place was quite busy. The service wasn't great. Our tea and coffee came after our food. It was difficult to get anyone's attention. The food was good but not excellent especially for the price.
Services was very nice however we had so much delays on our food and when it arrived it was all cold and stale.
First time here - while on vacation! Superb!!!!!! Thank you for making my birthday special.
The hostesses have no empathy or respect for families or small children. We were given a gift card and went to have brunch this morning. We were told there might be a 30 minute wait because we had our baby in a stroller. The hostesses didn't seat us or speak to us for over an hour. I politely asked for updates after waiting 50 minutes. The hostess told us we were next in line and then made us wait 20 minutes longer with our 15 month old starting to get frustrated. I asked once more what was going on, they promised we'd be seated as soon as the hostess got back. We waited 3 more minutes, saw the hostess return and still no contact so we walked away. We never heard from them.

This is the typical place where they have that many clients that they don’t care about anyone. We arrived 11:30 am and They mentioned waiting time would be around 30 to 40 minutes, however, after an hour and seeing plenty of peopple gertribg in and empty tambles, they were not even concerned we were there for so long + we were wit a toddler.
We constantly asked how was the line and my husband had to stay just in front of the hosts to see if they can arrange something for us after all this time. St the end we got in, more than an hour waiting and high chair was not ready, we ask for it once and never arrived so. We had to ask a second time . Service just terrible. Fortunately, the food was amazing.

We had a wonderful visit to Sadelle's. The atmosphere was warm, the service friendly, and both dishes we tried were excellent. The French Toast was perfectly cooked with a great balance of sweetness, and the Blueberry Pancakes were fluffy and flavorful. Overall, a delicious and relaxed experience — as it was each time we had visited in the past.
This place is excellent.

Ordered the tower, one of their signature dishes. 6 types of fish, tomatoes, cucumbers, capers, cream cheese and bagels.
Phenomenal meal.
Service was equally impressive.

Beautiful place. Food is great but service it’s a hit and miss. I’m a regular here and it’s a shame that the hostess service is always very poor, taking away from the whole experience. We keep coming back because of the food and hope the service does get better.
