We didn’t really have a server. The hostess and floor manager did most of the effort other wise we were completely ignored. We were served milk in a container so warm it curled. The price was not fitting to the service provided.

Wow! Sadelle's brunch blew me away. The bagel tower was a work of art, the sticky buns were pure decadence, and the rest of the menu was surprisingly delightful. Definitely hitting this spot up again

$22 dollars for a two egg omelet with no sides not worth my time. Slow and very expensive. Service was below average. Seems like most places just don't care anymore since their service fee is included in the bill. We were two at the bar, we have 2 Bloody Mary's each, a 2 egg omelet with no sides and a bagel lox for about $160. Not worth. It!

I recently visited Sadelle's Coconut Grove with high hopes of indulging in a delightful brunchexperience, only to be met with disappointment at every turn. Upon arrival, my party was ushered to a table in the bar area, uncomfortably situated next to a room diving wall and surrounded by people standing mere inches away from our table. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction with the seating arrangement, the manager displayed a shocking lack of customer focus and refused to accommodate our request for another table, despite the availability of alternatives. The entire experience left much to be desired, particularly considering the establishment's aspirations to command high-end prices. Instead, the service and ambiance resembled that of a cheap diner, devoid of the sophistication and attention to detail one would expect from a purportedly upscale restaurant.Overall, my visit to Sadelle's Coconut Grove was marred by subpar service and a lackluster dining environment, failing to meet even the most modest of expectations. I would caution others against expecting a truly elevated dining experience at this establishment.

My partner Chad and I recently decided to explore Sadelle’s at The Grove for a lunch date, and I’m thrilled to share our experience. Despite the initial sticker shock (hello, NYC prices!), Sadelle’s proved to be a gem that truly exceeded our expectations.Ambiance: From the moment we stepped in, the vibe was inviting. We were lucky enough to enjoy the beautiful Miami weather in their charming outdoor seating area, which added a special touch to our weekday escape.Service: The service was impeccable. Attentive, friendly, and quick to offer recommendations, the staff made sure our experience was nothing short of perfect.Food: Now, let’s talk about the food, because it was the highlight of our visit. Despite some mixed reviews we’d read online, the dishes we ordered were outstanding. Chad’s Eggs Benedict was, in his words, “the best he’s ever had.” It was cooked to perfection, with just the right balance of flavors. My omelet was equally impressive - fluffy, flavorful, and filled with the freshest ingredients.Beverages: As someone who appreciates a good, health-conscious drink, I was delighted to find a refreshing, no-sugar-added mocktail on the menu. It was the perfect complement to our meal.Overall, Sadelle’s in The Grove offered us a delightful dining experience. The combination of delicious food, pleasant ambiance, and stellar service made it the perfect place for our special lunch date. Despite the higher price point, the quality and experience were well worth it. We can’t wait to return and explore more of what Sadelle’s has to offer.

Pretty nice brunch/lunch venue in the heart of the Grove with a relaxed and welcoming ambiance. Ample shaded outdoor seating which, in contrast to most other comparable venues in the Grove, is not on a narrowly packed sidewalk with all the car fumes and noisy riders! Coffee is very good, food is good, for the most part. Only negative (as many other reviews have commented about) is the price- quality ratio. It seems that this is a recurring theme throughout South Florida!

Our waiter was unattentive, after taking our order he didnt check back in on us until we were nearing the end of our meal. He didn't check to see if our meals were ok. We had to wave down someone to order a cocktail. And then he joked around with us asking us to give him a 5 star review. The food was really good but for the price I would expect better service. We would have definitely bought more drinks during brunch but just wanted to get out of there in case it was the last time we saw anyone come by our table.
