I had a truly disappointing experience at Sak Pase #2. I visited while in town visiting family and, having enjoyed food from their original Naranja location in the past, I decided to give this second spot a try. Unfortunately, it was a mistake.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional. The place looked disorganized, more like a random hangout than a functioning restaurant. There were people just standing around, and it was hard to tell who actually worked there. No one was wearing aprons or hairnets, and I didn’t see any clear food safety measures in place. For a place that looks like it has a bar setup with alcohol bottles on display, the service and presentation were far from what you'd expect.
I ordered a Ragou Pye Bef , but what I received was completely different from what was described or expected. The gravy was extremely watery—more like a hot and sour soup than a rich stew—and it barely had any meat. Instead, they gave me two pieces of cow skin that added nothing to the flavor or texture. The dish was bland, washed-out, and lacked any of the depth Haitian cuisine is known for. The pureed beans served with the meal tasted old and stale.
It was honestly the worst food I’ve had in a long time. I should have trusted my instincts when I saw how the place looked inside. To be fair, I did see a few customers coming in and out while I was waiting, so maybe other menu items are better, but based on what I received, I won’t be returning.
I truly hope this was just a bad day for them, but for now, I can’t recommend this location to anyone looking for authentic, well-prepared Haitian food.

Very long time to get food ready after it was scheduled for pickup, but the food was amazing! The atmosphere in the restaurant was very loud with different TVs playing at once on different channels.

Large portions for the price. Great curry chicken, jerk chicken and stewed fish.
I order griot with red beans & rice, with green plantains nothing on my plate was fresh at all.the fact that I was craving for this dish so bad I’m highly disappointed.

All I'm going to say is if you like left overs go for it. Food isn't fresh and it taste old/reheated but not in a good way. I've heard people mention it and yet they still re heat old food and serve it to their customers. Sak pase people aren't dumb! Please get it together ❤️ 🙏
The food was amazing. Amazing customer service too. Thank you.
Lady in the front is so rude. Acts like they forcing her to work there. Never doing DD in this place.

The worst place I have ever been to in Miami. I don't recommend it, the person who served me was quite rude and impatient, as if he didn't want to serve me. I'm not going anymore
