And you're a Miami native you know this is one of the OG ceviche places among other flavors they have been open for more time than I like to admit and the flavors are still there I had the ceviche and it was extraordinary same as I remembered you know that moment in Ratatouille then you eat and he text you back that happened to me at Salmon Salmon The staff is friendly and homey. this place is far from all the other Peruvian fancy places it's simple and direct yet extraordinary.
