Amazing ice cream and service! I took my cousins to Salt & Straw for the first time and we were served by Josh who was so patient and had excellent customer service. He let us try a lot of flavors and had great recommendations. I recommend the honey lavender and olive oil combo. Definitely my new go-to ice cream flavors.

I am really grateful for Claire! She took great care of our dog and was an amazing cashier. She even gave us whipped cream after realizing our dog didn’t enjoy the pup cup. You rock! I will be coming back. 👏🏻. Forgot to mention, she welcomed us warmly from the front door. Focusing and ensuring we all felt taken cared of.

ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR WYNWOOD! Me and my friends were told to rudely leave the store due to overconsumption. We weren’t asked or addressed kindly. I wish I got her name but in a better way to describe her, she was big/short hair/ with a thick accent. Me and my friends were trying to enjoy icecream. We weren’t told to move to another location but immediately thrown out. I am outraged. It was my first time getting to experience the salt and straw vibes. I would have to say it was awful. The customer service is God AWFUL. Do not spend your money here. I would say that the black girl there was super sweet!! She had served me before hand in another location. I meant to shout her out when I got her name last time. I suggest everyone just go to her store location at Coconut Grove. Thank you :). The service there is way better than it is here. If I knew that eating icecream would get us kicked out, I would have never step foot inside.

I am truly disappointed in the service I received today. The treatment was awful. There was a lack of communication within the team. I was waiting to be served as I watched one of the team members ignore me and my family. She was very short and was dealing with the icecream as me with many others waited. They were short staffed. I watched the one with the short hair and the other short worker, chit chat among each other. The line kept getting longer with very few workers in the front. Finally, one of the other workers went over to the smaller girl with the glasses. She proceeded to still deal with the ICE CREAM. I understand the importance of maintaining the store but usually I receive the best service from salt and straw. I saw how overwhelmed the team was yet it doesn’t make it right for one of the workers to have to figure out which is which. We waited to get rung up but people kept coming and going. No set person ringing us up. Again, the same worker still dealing with the ice cream as we waited. By the time I walked out, my icecream was almost soup. I hesitated on writing this review, but I love the company. Especially in my hometown. I will never be coming back to the Wynwood location. I hope to give the other locations a redemption in keeping the salt and straw joy. Please do better.

My family and I decided to make a quick trip to Miami since it is slow season and while doing an Art tour came across Salt & Straw! The Service was great and the employees really went above and beyond when it comes to service. I only wish we had a location in Wisconsin; I would definitely return.

Salt & Straw in Wynwood is a must-visit if you're into unique ice cream flavors. I tried the honey lavender and it was amazing—floral, sweet, and super refreshing. The waffle cone was fresh and had the perfect crunch. The staff was friendly and let me sample a few flavors before choosing. Great vibe inside too, definitely a fun spot to cool off and treat yourself.
