Saw other reviews about poor service. The girl helping us was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the ice cream - salted, malted, chocolate chip cookie dough. Samples given with a small metal spoon that you drop through a slot when done - gives a satisfying clank.Vegetarian options: Vegan options.

I’m sad to say that the quality of the ice cream here is well below the quality of all the West Coast Salt & Straws. As a self-identified ice cream addict, and a die-hard S&S fan (I’ve tried 7 different locations in 5 cities and gotten their pints delivered to me as well), I have to report to my fellow ice cream fans that the texture and quality of ingredients here is subpar. I talked to a pastry chef at a local restaurant who has similar feelings. I get it - making ice cream en masse is difficult, and preserving quality as you franchise is tough as well, but the fact that the cookie dough flavor didn’t even have the same salted/malted pieces (more of a chocolate chip type texture here) was so disappointing. Aside from the toppings I tried, the cream it self is more dry/less creamy than that of all other locations. I’m sure the average person won’t care/notice, but I wanted to share an objective review for folks who might go out of their way to get dessert here.
