I've been wanting to go for a while but hadn't had the chance and I don't regret it. There's a great atmosphere, all the decor had a Halloween theme, the food was great and the service was also very good, the drinks were spectacular.

I had a very unfortunate experience at SALVAJE on Saturday, October 11th. While the food was being served, a cockroach came out of one of the wooden boxes and crawled across the table. I immediately informed the manager, but unfortunately, he showed little concern and took no visible action to address the issue.
I believe that a place with SALVAJE’s reputation and ambition should pay greater attention to hygiene standards and customer care. It was an uncomfortable situation that I hope they will correct for the sake of future guests.
The experience was as bad as it could be. We were seated at the edge of the restaurant at tiny uneven table where hardly any plates could fit. The server kept forgetting things like silverware, napkins, soy sauce and wasabi for the sushi. Just terrible!

The spicy salmon roll is to die for!!!! Omg and the shishito pepper. And you can’t come here without getting the fried rice. 100% recommend sitting at the bar—German is the best bartender!!!

If you’re looking for a rooftop in Midtown Miami, this is a good option. You should not have trouble getting seated or just sitting by the bar. On the weekends they have a brunch with a DJ.
