Food was ok. Nothing to write home about..45 minutes to wait for a table
Hostess was I'm the back most of the time. We waited several minutes t9 grt anyone to acknowledge us. The ceiling is the men's bathroom was rotting. The waited staff was not too friendly. Wouldn't suggest going nor would I go back. A little pricy.

We had an incredible experience at Salvatore D. Fine Italian Cuisine celebrating a 60th anniversary with a party of 11. From the moment we walked in, everything felt special.

The food? Absolutely out of this world ! every dish was cooked to perfection, with rich, unforgettable flavors that showcased true Italian craftsmanship. You could taste the authenticity and care in every bite.

The drinks and wine selection were equally impressive. Every cocktail was well-balanced, and the wine paired beautifully with the meal — smooth, bold, and perfectly matched to the food. That’s what everyone at the table was saying because I was the designated driver sooo didn’t get much of a taste there but I believe what they were saying .

Then came the desserts, which truly sealed the night. each dessert was indulgent and masterfully prepared . The perfect sweet ending to an already flawless evening.

The staff was attentive, warm, and made sure our large group was well taken care of from start to finish.

This has officially become my new number one Italian restaurant, and I’ll be recommending it to anyone looking for top-tier Italian cuisine with exceptional service and ambiance. The menu is not updated when you search it up but when you get there, there’s a lot more options. Trust me

I promise you will have a flawless night from start to finish!

After my first experience I was not sure if i would ever come back - so I did as I felt they deserved the benefit of the doubt. Let be be clear the actual restaurant has an amazing ambiance especially for where it's located (Winn Dixie shopping plaza). However by no means should this rest charge the prices and surcharges that they do. The wait staff is somewhat knowlegable but on a scale of 1-10, maybe a 4 and I'm being kind. Most importantly, the food - let me sum it up for you in the simpleset way I know how, they pride themselves as an Italian "Steakhouse" however not one single person in the restaurant knows what; Bernaise, Bordelaise or Peppercon (au poivre) sauces are - all meats are served dry except the filet migon which they use an au jus type sauce that you can find at the SubWay Sub Shop across the parking lot from them. Stay Away and save your money for a better experience !

My fellow diners, let me be clear: this restaurant offered one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in recent memory. From the start, the service was not merely inattentive but borderline disrespectful. The waiter displayed a relentless insistence on upselling the wine, despite our clear lack of interest. Both he and the owner repeatedly asked if our final guest was arriving—at least half a dozen times—making us feel more like intruders than valued customers.

Then, there were the fees. We were charged an astounding $40 to cut a cake we had brought in ourselves. On top of that, they added a $4 sharing fee, a $12 supplemental fee, and various ambiguous taxes. When a business chooses to nickel-and-dime its guests like this, it reflects a lack of integrity and respect. It’s simply unacceptable.

As for the food itself, it was subpar at best—mediocre flavors, uninspired presentation, and certainly not worth the cost. To add insult to injury, the atmosphere was far from inviting. Situated next to a subway in a drab, nondescript shopping plaza, the setting did little to elevate our experience.

Despite all of this, we still left a 15% tip out of respect for the industry. But rather than showing gratitude, our waiter—Juan Carlo—confronted us, expressing dissatisfaction with our tip. It was the final note in a symphony of poor service and poor taste.

This is not a place I would recommend. And it is certainly not one I intend to revisit.

Wow! Impressed that this restaurant is in Kendall! Very elegant, friendly owners and the food wonderful! Had a veal with fungi oh my God ! It was sooo tasteful loved it! Thanks for your excellent service!
