I have placed numerous orders in the past, but recent experiences have been incredibly appalling. It is beyond comprehension how the quality of the food has deteriorated so dramatically. Sam's chicken has gained quite a reputation for selling excessively overcooked chicken, and I genuinely mean charred chicken. I'm baffled as to how the expo team permits such subpar dishes to be served. The burnt chicken and sloppy plating are clear indications of the dire need for significant improvements in this establishment.

They had the BEST Nashville hot sandwich and since july 2022 they changed the recipe and it’s so bad it’s sad. Really miss the old spicy and crispy recipe.

Absolutely disgusting. Pictures are catfish. I ordered loaded waffle fries but they sent me regular fries & even that tasted stale. Chicken was burnt.. everything tasted like it was cooked in old and used oil.. The macaroni was bad & based on the other reviews, just shut this place down immediately.

So DELICIOUS! The chicken sandwich was perfectly seasoned and cooked, had great flavor, was well proportioned to the bun, and had a great crunchy, crispy texture. The slaw topping was just okay, but Im glad they didn’t put too much on (which could potentially make the sandwich soggy).I ordered the Original Sam’s Crispy Chicken Sandwich via Foodsby and Sam’s UNDERSTOOD the assignment. I have no complaints!!

The chicken sandwich was awful, no taste what do ever the chicken was overcook (felt like I was biting into rocks) the fries where mehh but let be honest how hard is it to mess up fries ?Will never order from here again plus it’s kinda expensive. Save your money and go to KFC or any other place tbh. NOT WORTH it at ALL

Ordered tenders and I swear this was the worst tasting meal I have ever encountered.. It taste like the tenders were fried in old grease with NO seasoning NOR flour!!! They literally cut a chicken breast in three pieces and dropped it in hot burnt grease!!! I recommend not ordering with them.....
