Andrae n jevon was great service lastnight at 7.00. The chief jevon put 9n good shop for my daughter Birthday.
Our chef Andres was amazing!!! Funny and awesome personality,had a few cool tricks that my 6 year old loved! Been to a few Benihanas and this Samurai was my favorite one! Highly recommend!

To begin, there should not be valet parking in a cramped tiny parking lot that this restaurant has. This restaurant is not at the beach or a nice spacious location where valet parking is appropriate. It is ridiculous that if you don't want to use valet parking, you need to go find a parking space on the other side of the mall. Went for early dining. Prices on the menu have gone sky high. The food quality is still the same, and service is ok. Hadn't visited in a while, yet don't think I'll be back any time soon!Parking: Parking is TERRIBLE!

Always had a great experience here. The atmosphere is always entertaining and the food is great. A little disappointed cause the parking is now by "no fee valet". The parking has always been tight here, so maybe this is there answer. Too bad the strip mall owners are @$$ and will tow your vehicle if you park there.

Our Server Samantha was amazing. Our chef Elezar also did a fabulous job. his food was delicious! Their supervisor was also incredible. It was an all-around amazing dining experience. Can’t wait to come back!

The service was average. The hibachi chef seemed angry and was antagonizing to the other guest at the table. It was very strange and somewhat uncomfortable. One of us ordered sushi for her main course and they brought it before they started cooking. She was done eating before we got our food. Overall, I can see the allure if you get a good chef, but the experience wasn't very pleasant for us. Maybe the guy was having a bad day.Parking: I dislike not having the option to park our own car. I wish it was valet optional. I don't need a valet to park a car 3 spots away. I'm sure when it is more busy it's probably easier.

I had the pleasure to come across this fun, friendly, and tremendous place, the combination between the delicious food, the costumer service was simply memorable. I loved the crowd and the happy faces, Shout out to Mr. Edwin S, the chef who made the experience simple, memorable. He definely standed out among the others. Not to forget Angie! my server, who managed to keep me with a happy face the entire time.Keep up the good work. I will fefinetly see you again.
One of my favorite Japanese restaurants. Every hibachi chef that I have encountered was super nice, entertaining, and funny. The food is delicious. They have this garlic butter that any food that it touches is like having heaven in your mouth. You can even buy that butter in the restaurant. And don’t forget that yum yum sauce. It’s creamy with a slight tangy. You can’t never have enough yum yum sauce on your plate.

My worst experience, the worst service, I was served by a girl with dyed blonde hair. First I asked her for a drink for me and my husband and she asked me, "Id. When I'm 40 years old, that has never happened to me in a restaurant. After a long time, she brought him the beer." To my husband and me and to the other person who was with us, nothing, I waited, I decided to leave, he never came to the table for anything, horrible, he would never return.

I don't understand how can they overlooked something so simple to avoid. My wife and I frequent Samurai quite often and they seem to be cutting back more and more we always order the same thing Samurai treat but the straw that broke the camel's back was serving the shrimps without cleaning them showing the poop and all, I mentioned it to the chef but he didn't seem to understand what I meant I think they should take the time and screen the food more carefully I will be attaching photos. I'm trying to post the photos but I have no idea how to do it
