I used to live down the street in the early 2000s. This place has blossomed. Back space and event space too plus they cleared the drop ceiling and added tons of TVs too many but….The Sandbar lives.

Tourist visiting & just stopped by. There was only a set of twins working & moving swiftly. Although the wait for food was over 30mins, I give them grace because the bar was pretty full with locals watching the game & drinking. The food however, was amazing! The grilled asparagus was cooked perfectly, the buffalo wings fresh, the brisket was tender & luscious. Drinks were on point! Atmosphere was nice. Halloween decor was cute. I would definitely visit again.

I went to the Sand Bar for the Free Comedy Night Wednesdays. The show started 30 minutes late. There were 4 local comedians. The drinks and food were pretty good.

Bartenders are drunk by 10pm, they are drinking inside their water bottles and messed up. They double charge for shots and talk about how much they hate working ate this place. So why bother. Kylie and Jessica are the worst ones.
