We were visiting a friend in Miami and wanted to try some authentic Venezuelan arepas. We found Dale Arepa Bar & Healthy Bistro and it exceeded every expectation. We ordered the cachapa pabellón, and it was absolutely out of this world. We also tried the tequeños, which were recommended by Gaston, delicious and perfectly made.

Great flavors, great service, and a spot we’ll definitely return to whenever we’re in Miami.

The worst food I've ever had! I ordered a lunch of beef, black beans, and white rice via Uber. The food seemed to be reheated, poorly prepared, and tasted awful. The portions were extremely small, and everything was crammed into one container. I'm a fan of Venezuelan food, but in this case, I don't recommend it at all.

Absolutely loved this place! The homemade Venezuelan food was fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. The drinks were super refreshing and natural, and the coffee was excellent. Everything felt wholesome and thoughtfully prepared. If you’re looking for delicious, feel-good food with a homemade touch, this spot is a must-try!

I was looking for a quick bite and came across this place and so glad I did. Food was sooooo good! The arepas were amazing ! Delicious empanadas too. I think it will be my new spot for a quick bite. The owners was super nice and very friendly. I super recommend this place .

The quinoa wrap with shredded chicken, beans and plantain is really good and filling. I would say the dine in experience itself is not the best but mostly because is a small space.

Absolutely wonderful and amazing across the board! The food is fresh and flavorful, and the owner Gaston takes his time to carefully dive into the healthy, quality ingredients involved in each dish. The service is friendly, fast, and most of all- convenient! The owner truly makes you feel like family and friends when you come through the door. Not only are the arepas fantastic (not fried, simply DELISH!) but the tequeños, juices, and just about anything else are just as wonderful! Not only that, but the environment is comfortable and welcoming- we came for lunch and stayed to relax and enjoy a coffee! This is a restaurant everyone should visit and make it their staple spot. Can't wait to visit again and again!

I always bring empanadas from Dale when invited on a boat - do yourself a favor and do the same...I PROMISE YOU, they will be devoured! My favorite ones to get are: Pabellón and Spinach, Artichoke & Cheese Empanada. Be sure to get the sauce! That's the icing on the cake! The owner, Gustavo, could not be nicer and more helpful. I LOVE this place and love supporting this small business even more. TRUST ME on the emapandas!

The food was great. My friend loves the arepas and I loved the Mexican completo. Gaston was wonderful and the food came out quick and delicious, the meat was very tender. I recommend the upgrade to shredded chicken with the completos. Definitely bringing family here later. :)

Wanted to try arepas and google landed me here. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The food was freshly made and tasted amazing. Would recommend this place to everyone for a quick arepa or cachapa grab.
