Hey guys!!! You know they are my favorites but today I went and nothing to see! The guys there don't make the sauce well, it's not the real flavor of the brand, the potatoes have burnt oil and the truth is I didn't like the attitude of the bearded guy at all! I don't think he is a happy employee who is enjoying his job very much... I tried to call them to tell them why I am not one of this because I love your food truck and I love the Hawaiian Sandwich but the number you have here sends me to the mailbox - correct the issue of the sauce ?????? - SUCCESS

Bad service, I arrived with 20 minutes left before the restaurant closed and they told me that they no longer had service when it says perfectly well that they close at 11 and I arrived at 10:37, it seems like bad service on the part of the employees. For a place where the sandwiches are so good.

For those of us who eat Qvano sandwich from Colombia, we do it because it is delicious and because of the Garlic sauce... here they give you 2 portions of Garlic sauce for each 14" Sandwich, the portion of sauce is too little and if you ask for more They charge you 1.60 USD for more sauce... I think it is extremely bad service and bad tactics to charge for what makes their Sandwich different. They make more money on sauce than on food.
For those people who have eaten the original Colombian Qbano Sandwich we know that one of the reason we eat is for the garlic sauce, I ordered 3 sandwiches large combo 14" and they give you 2 little cups of sauces half full and if you want more you have to pay 1.60 for them... it's ridiculous they make more money on a sauce than on actual food. Bad service Bad tactics.

A shame about the quality of their sandwiches. I ordered a super special and it only had ham, they don't put sauce on the inside of the bread and to make it look like the middle cut they spread a little on it. Prices went up and quality went down too much. Ahhh and I asked for two cigarettes and they only had one. If I don't come back ?
