I’ve been loving Sano Food for a long time, but I just left feeling so happy with my meal and the service. The Reina pepiada arepa with quinoa as the base, is so delicious and very filling. My husband ordered plantain tequeños and they were also really good, definitely get both things. All very tasty and delightful. We brought a carrot cake home, very excited to try that as well.

The new management has really turned the place around. Unfortunately, the old owners did not pay attention, but the new people are doing something right.
Very good menu, and they have a few "cheats" for those of us who prefer a less healthier meal. Give it a try, you wont regret it!

The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal.
The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that left us very satisfied. I loved that there were plenty of healthy options, but also a variety of choices for my husband who prefers more indulgent dishes. I highly recommend it for its great service, comfy ambiance, and diverse menu!

Terrible experience with customer service over the phone. The girl in charge of orders is rude and not very courteous to customers. They do not look for solutions but rather blame the client. Terrible service and I see that the situation is repeated in several comments

Disappointed. I usually love health food spit but this was bad experience. Had to use my phone to scan the menu. The store has 4 tables, you can have 1 laminated menu, save every customer time..I got chicken and Avocado burger and was expecting grilled chicken breast and sliced Avocado for $15. No, shredded chicken in some Avocado mayo sauce on old bread. Was a school kids lunch..The store itself has a bunch of ransom snacks around that doesn't even show on menu, confused.

I'm going to give 1 star because it won't let me give less... I live in Kendall, I placed an order through Uber Eats, it takes 50 minutes for it to arrive I DON'T CARE because I wanted to eat one of their healthy cakes, when it arrives I LITERALLY get They stole the money, if I could post the photo it was a piece like they had everything left over without any form, it was really hard, I was even embarrassed to tell my husband that that is what I had ordered for lunch and I was so looking forward to it... the Tequeños seem to have done the same thing with the green banana, the taste was terrible.... the problem is the price you pay to eat something that provokes you and feel cheated... it's a lack of respect that they don't mind sending something like that simply because it's uber, don't disrespect people like that.
