Oh my stars. Came here for Sunday brunch, limited menu, phenomenal execution. Jamon croquetas we're perfect and the media noche Cuban sandwich twist on eggs benedict is the best benedict I've ever had (made with a mustard hollandaise...incredible). Gf had the frittata that was also delicious. And the cafe con leche? Game over.

Nice spot for tasty cuban food. The bill was reasonable. Feels similar to a restaurant in New York I loved.

I feel like an archaeologist, having gone to the next to last Sansara Popup Brunch. I'd seen the pictures Diandra and Blue posted awhile back, and put in my bookmarks but hadn't gone because #miami. Having seen the Yelp Newsletter and finding out that Sansara was about to close, I made plans for Sunday and met with my OG Yelp BFF Michelle. We were both lucky to find street parking right across. After a minimal wait, we were seated at the bar to observe the magic from Chef Shatzy & her crew in action. Based on the pictures from the internet's; we both ordered their croqueta cake Benedict and shared their pancakes. If the restaurant would remain open, I would have dinged one star on the consistency of the croqueta and saltine cracker. The croqueta tasted like corn meal and thus a similar texture to the saltine. Perhaps a ham croqueta and Cuban bread would amo up the taste of an otherwise perfect Benny. The purple cabbage was visually pleasing and yummy tasting, blending well with the hollandaise and runny egg. Our pancakes were deliciously fluffy, lightly sweet and a perfect base for the mixture of strawberries and orange syrup. I could even taste real better. They need to teach other places a master class on pancakes! An artistic latte with condensed milk and passion fruit mimosa (just the right amount of sweet ) rounded out brunch. We also got to plead with them to reopen and make it permanent. Here's hoping for Round Two!!

This hidden gem in coral gables has a boutique style menu, but every item looks worth trying! There are a fusion of flavors of Cuban with some flare styles to their food. I regret not coming to this place sooner as they have announced their final day will be Sunday April 28th, which I plan to attend because it was all so incredible the first time! There are no reservations accepted, so first come first served (they open at 10:30am) and when they run out of food, it's gone. You will hear the chefs yell out "one more salad!" for example once they are running out of an item. The coffee was delicious as well! We enjoyed the Seí±orita Croque: manchego-saffron mornay, grated tomato, fried egg, and chorizo. The explosion of flavors, I can't describe except extraordinary! Also the Croqueta Cake Benedict: I don't know how they made their croquetas there, but they are "croqueta crack"! Saltine biscuit, poached eggs, lime hollandaise and purple cabbage. What an amazing blend of flavors! Papaya salad with masitas de puerco: palm sugar syrup, cherry tomatoes, 12 hour pork belly, and peanuts. We saw the making of the Cafe con Leche Pan Perdu, and yea, MUST order! Best of luck to the chefs in their future endeavors!

What's good here? EVERYTHING! I was glad to come the day before they close their pop-up location at Tinta Y Cafe located in Gables. Not your typical Cuban Food though but better!

So we thought we were coming to Tinta y Cafe (again - 2 days in a row!) but to our surprise, on Sundays Tinta y Cafe becomes a pop-up in the name of Sansara! The story is that some chefs got together to try this concept and test their unique menu at this location. The menu is very limited but the food combination and flavors were AMAZING! The genius that thought of the maduros hash with sofrito and two fried eggs on top needs an award. Brilliant spin on popular breakfast items like eggs Benedict and key lime donuts. We tried 4 of the 6 items on the menu and everything was on point, spectacular. Not sure how much longer this pop-up will last but get here quickly! You won't regret it.

Tasty and nice atmosphere. Really good selection and the best part is at the food bar watching the chefs making the plates.

Let's get down to business. This place is legit. You gotta try at least 3 things while you're here: 1. Croqueta Eggs Benedict (My all-time favorite) 2. Papaya Salad with Pork Belly (Amazing) 3. Orange Cream Pancakes (Ridiculously good) Why do I think you should try these 3 items. For starters, the croqueta for the eggs Benedict is so delicious and savory it's not even funny. We ordered 2 last time. That's how good it was. The papaya salad is great, but the pork belly it's served with is what really drives the dish home. The pancakes, talk about perfect they're not too sweet (no syrup needed) and they are the perfect consistency. Nice and airy. I've also ordered the Seí±orita Croque and it was ok for my taste, just a tad bit too bready for me and I felt like it was missing the cheesy component of a classic croque. Either way give this place a shot and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

This place is like a dream! The food, the staffs, the ambiance are perfect! We ordered the Croqueta Benedict, Pork Belly with Papaya Salad, and the "Vikings Blood" drink. And the foods and drink are very delicious. It is recommended to make a reservation because the store is only open on Sunday.

Went in for breakfast and it was a very great experience. Place away from all the city places is good for relaxing. Great food and very nice staff.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Like fireworks for the palate. Service was exquisite too. I would strongly recommend Sansara to my family and friends.
