Better than churros in the Netherlands!

Great Churros! I like simple plain traditional and they have that there, but they have lots of other options too. Worth the walk!

Paid $15 to wait 8 minutes for a small warm Oreo shake. First time I’ve ever had a shake that wasn’t cold. Even when I have shakes delivered they arrive somewhat cold. I ordered this shake in person and waited for it and somehow it’s hot. First and last time.

They came to an event at my apartment complex. I was so excited bc I’ve been wanting to try them out for awhile now. Churros came out pipping hot. First time having an Oreo churro and i definitely ate it all and would do it again. So many options for my sweet tooth friends.

Leo did an amazing job despite being the only one managing the food truck.

Horrible customer service. I wont spend my money at this place anymore due to the horrible service I received when I went with my kids. The worst thing is that when I tried addressing the issue on an online platform, they simply delete the post rather than getting to know more about it. Nice way to treat your customers with respect.
*update* to answer your question this was a bit more than a month ago at the stand located in Wynwood by NW 27th St and Second Ave. during the weekends. Guy at the stand seemed really bothered I guess to the point of forgetting to say Thank you at the end, but he did find the time to ask me if I wanted to colaborate with him by giving him a tip, which I did (this was the first person out of all the three other stands I went to that asked me that question) Yeah I definitelly will find some time to address this issue just because I was a customer that will send my son every weekend to spend $40-$50 on sweets, and I feel like you guys should have addressed this better. When I said that a post was deleted specifically from IG, Im not referring to my post. It was a post of yours where myself and another person were giving complaints. Thanks for taking your time as well on this busy morning to reply on my comment.

I was at the Smorgasburg event at Winwood Wall this evening and saw a photo of the churros ice cream that looked scrumptious. I walked up to the cashier and told her I want what is on the photo, pointing directly to it. I paid $10 and was handed a churros cone with disgusting vanilla ice cream that was exactly what you get at McDonald's! Gross! I said to the lady that my cone didn't look like the photo and asked where are the nuts and caramel like 9n the photo. She tried to explain something which made no sense and I said hey I asked for exactly what is in the photo. Then she said oh yours is plain vanilla. Huh?? I was so confused, and annoyed. What a waste. Horrible ice-cream and even worse customer service. Do not go there.

On Friday night, I decided to take my son out for a treat, and we stopped by to try Santo Dulce. We were warmly greeted by Bobby, who made us feel right at home. We ordered churros with ice cream, and they did not disappoint—every bite was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The combination was absolutely delicious, making for a amazing dessert experience. Additionally, Bobby provided excellent service throughout our visit, ensuring we had everything we needed. It was a fantastic evening, and we left with smiles on our faces, looking forward to our next visit.

Be cautious when making transactions. They don’t display their prices clearly, and a tip is added automatically without informing you of the amount.
