Augie Conde and I just had the most delicious lunch at the legendary Miami Cuban Sandwich restaurant SARUSSI SUB SHOP on SW 8th Street on the north side of Coral Gables. I had the breaded steak Cuban sandwich and Augie had the traditional Cuban sandwich. All I can say is it was the best sandwich I've ever eaten. Breaded steak, ham, cheese, potato sticks and condiments on a toasted Cuban bread basted with garlic butter. MMM MMM MMM !
