The cake was tasty but the big problem was that I ordered it with a pink ribbon and it arrived with a blue ribbon, it went unnoticed on the day of the party but now for the photo album it is noticeable. A big mistake for it to have been the only decoration they did.

In fact, this order was through a banquet hall and it did not include the variety of decoration that we needed, but with their patience and professionalism they met all of our expectations. I have been buying from these people for years but this is the last time. For everything they charge you extra, the service is horrible and on the day of the party my wife went to get the cake and they gave it to her without a box. If I had been there I would not have accepted them. It is not the customer's fault that you do not have the box to put the cake in. They are a shame! And as expected, in the car, the cake suffered deterioration. I will never buy a cake from them again. They are too incompetent.

BY far the worst company to work with. I had to use them due to my contract with the Banquet Hall. But I knew from the start it was going to be an issue. They wanted to charge me extra for everything and it was always around $150+. Horrible and rude service. Not to mention the day of the party the cake was ugly was not had lots of missing portions on it. And then the taste was dry and almost like an old cake taste. Thank god I had ordered cupcakes from another bakery. The cake in full was thrown away and no one had it. It was embarrassing that everyone told me how awful that cake was. WORST PLACE EVERY

The whole cake was bad, a different flavor instead of chocolate they added something with a white flavor that wasn't even vanilla, the cake was simply a dry pancake with a bad taste, they didn't add the outside decoration, they just delivered a cake with white meringue, it was a total mockery, at this point they have not returned the money, it is a total lack of respect, I knew that the bakery was a disaster but I had no option, it was the only place that offered the banquet hall that we chose, a disappointment and a waste of money, They are shameless
